Crose & Lemke Construction has been serving central Iowa since 1986. At Crose & Lemke, we focus primarily in residential construction and remodeling for upscale homes and condos. We can also apply our service offerings to commercial projects. We are dedicated to helping clients throughout the process with selection of materials and design, cost management and scheduling.

Crose & Lemke did a superb job remodeling our master suite. They completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule and on target with the cost estimate. Their communication was exceptional - questions were always answered promptly. The craftsmanship was outstanding, the work site was tidy, and the entire work crew was professional, courteous, and reliable. Looking forward to using them again!

I have collaborated with Crose & Lemke Construction on several remodel projects over the years and have really enjoyed working with them. They have a very talented staff and are extremely thorough. Their craftsmanship is superb. I know that things will be done right when they are involved with a project. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project, you will be in good hands!

We have remodeled and updated two bathrooms in our condominium residence and they did a superb job exactly as estimated in terms of cost and time. They have stood behind their work. Workmen were pleasant and they were respectful of us as well as our building.

Quality of workmanship was outstanding, cost was reasonable, work was completed in a timely manner, and the site was kept clean/organized. One of the best firms I have ever worked with.

I have used Crose Lemke for the last 20 years and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed.. They are reliable, honest, clean and I never have to question their ideas/suggestions to get the effect or work I want done. When I've called for advice sometimes they will always direct me in the direction I need to go Many thanks Crose Lemke.

They started with us on a renovation of the front entrance of our 1930's home and did an outstanding job. I am very particular and they provided professional and immaculate workmanship. They have experienced workers who deliver quality work and they are dependable. They listened to what we wanted and gave sound advice and recommendations. Any questions and follow up had an immedicate response. They have provided quotes for additional work at our home and I look forward to working with them again.
