Great garbage service!! I've been with them for over a year and they've never missed a pickup. Very professional customer service! The business office doesn't mind going over your bill and explaining charges and services. Chelle works in customer service and she is always happy, very patient and ready to give great customer service.

When trying to cancel service they threatened to charge me for a fee they removed 4 months ago the last time I tried to cancel. They also said they would continue to bill me for service even though i have not signed anything with them. If they provide a signature I'll pay them but they literally cannot. Predatory company stay away at all costs

When trying to cancel service because monthly rates are $20.38 higher for garbage pickup and yard waste is $20+ then competition (Not introduction rates). First attempt to cancel they hung up on me. Second attempt put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Told me there was a $200.00 cancellation fee. Don’t waste your time or money on a company with constant increasing charges.

Lashelle Coleman delivered excellent customer service on today. She was knowledgeable, helpful and went out of her way to ensure all my needs were met. I will tell other people about Curbside because of her motivation to please the customer. Thank you again for your outstanding service.

This is Mr artis and I just established a rapport with curb side management and customer service by name Teresa was very very helpful in my opinion now for being diligence and helpful I'm giving her all five of these Stars despite the negativity or what some individuals has to offer it's an individual concept to experience you can't walk in another man's shoes and expect to get where he didn't gone cuz the shoes may be too small or too big hypothetically putting it experience curbside for yourself

I wasn’t happy with my current waste removal company. Calle Curbside Waste, Laselle set me up as a new contract. She answered all my question about their rates. She even set up my online account!
