Dale's Carpet One Floor & Home

I have had multiple homes carpeted by another company in Colorado with mixed results. Then, I found Dale's in Fort Collins. They did my living room and bedroom/bath/closet this past few months. I am so pleased with the results, especially the installers, Reese and Ken. They are so professional and do an excellent installation job. If you are looking for a caring, helpful, honest carpet store, please consider Dale's Carpet One.

I have worked with Meryl Spaulding on multiple projects that included tile and carpet. She is careful and meticulous in helping customers find exactly what they want by listening attentively and following through on every detail. Dales Carpet One designers do not work on commission; instead they work on establishing trust and loyalty knowing that their customers will be happy with choices made to enhance their home or business. Not only can she help you with color choices, but she finds the design style that works individually based on a style best suited to YOU whether it be contemporary, traditional, transitional or an eclectic mix of all styles--a fusion of design is my way to go; have fun with it!

The customer satisfaction at Dale's Carpet One is excellent. We worked with Emily, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We dealt also with management, who went the extra mile to guarantee our satisfaction. Our installer, Kevin, did a very professional job, as well. All in all, we are very satisfied and highly recommend Dale's Carpet One!

In my opinion do not do business with this establishment. If everything goes well you will be fine but if you have any issues and the solution doesn’t benefit Dales Carpet One they will not help you.

I can't say enough good things about Dale's Carpet One. Meryl, one of their Interior Designers, is amazing to work with. I've worked with her multiple times. She truly cares about you and your project, and she goes the extra mile to make it perfect. Their installers are wonderful as well. Great from start to finish!

Her friendly approach to answering my questions was appreciated. Most importantly, Meryl listened to me. She paid attention to my preferences and provided just the right amount of guidance. Meryl's keen eye and positive attitude made my decision to purchase flooring and window treatments a good decision. I used Dale's Carpet One for all my flooring. My representative, Meryl was super knowledgeable and helped me to find the perfect flooring options for our house. We used a combination of wood, luxury vinyl and carpet. The installation went smoothly and a year & a half later we are still thrilled with the results.

Meryl was fantastic to work with. She guided us in picking our choice of carpet for our house and even came to the house twice to make sure the design and color blended nicely with our hardwood and ceramic tile. She then came back once the install was complete to make sure everything was satisfactory. We will work with her for all our carpet needs in the future because the experience was so wonderful.
