I'm a new interior decorator and Dan took photos of my first project to kick-start my portfolio. Dan's passion for interior design and decorating is very evident in his work. I found Dan's services advertised on Craigslist. Dan provided me with 30 photos of my northern Virginia home to be used for my MLS listing and other realty websites. Dan was responsible to arrange a mutually agreeable date/time, prompt and a pleasure to work with. Upon arrival, Dan first did a walk through of my home to plan the 30 pictures with me alongside as he explained each room picture, angle, and lighting to be used etc. Everything Dan recommended made perfect sense to me and he produced an excellent flow of pictures. Dan turned around the final photos the next day for my MLS posting. The quality of his work is OUTSTANDING - far better than any other residential real estate photographer work I had seen - almost Architectural Digest like material- check his website and decide for yourself. Because most buyers these days rely first upon online pics and descriptions in MLS, Realtor.com, etc. the pictures are very important. I believe my overwhelming number of requests for house showings (32 visits in the first 15 days) was a direct result of Dan's high quality work. My house went under contract in 16 days after receiving 4 offers. My recommendation - don't shop for cheap --- pay a fair price for Dan's high quality photo work and you will make your return in spades!
