DOT Construction is a medium sized construction firm based in the bay area. We were the General Contractor for the 2016 San Francisco Designer Show Case. Dave O’Toole the principal of DOT Construction has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry 20 of which are right here in San Francisco. We Specialize in Custom home remodels, and new Custom homes in the Bay area. We have had the pleasure of working with some of the best architects and designers San Francisco has to offer. We have built an in-house team of skilled and professional project managers and trades men along with a dedicated team of subcontractors to ensure that every detail and design concept in your project is achieved. For the majority of our projects we come on board at the design stage bringing years of experience to the table to help with project planning, construction budgets and value engineering.
