DKY Architects is an architectural design firm specializing in residential, hospitality, office, retail, restaurant and mixed-use design.
The firm provides a full range of project services from conceptual design and master planning to the completion of construction and project close-out. The approach to every project is to create a unique architectural statement that will meet and exceed the client’s needs, solve functional challenges, address program and community issues, and meet the budget target. Environmentally conscious design and ‘Green’ concepts and technology are considered for every project.
David Streshinsky, Principal-in-Charge and President of DKY Architects, brings more than 32 years of experience in public and private sector projects. His love for architecture started in Junior High School while designing a cabin by the lake in a technical drawing class. Today, David is a LEED Accredited Professional and he incorporates energy saving features and environmental conservation features into his designs. When David isn’t busy creating great spaces, you can find him racing down the slopes of his favorite ski resorts, Alpine Meadows and The Canyons.
