We have worked with Rob and the Alair team on a few projects, and the outcomes have been outstanding. Their level of craftsmanship and ability to meet deadlines, while being budget conscious, always makes for a smooth process from start to finish. The team is professional and clean on site, which is a must for us. Form Collective

We have worked with Sam Farahani on a large home renovation in Burnaby and we couldn't be more impressed with the Alair Homes signature process and how invested Sam is in ensuring his clients are well taken care of. The Alair process is very successful because it allows the client to informed and involved throughout the entire building process. The client never has to guess or be surprised by changes or budget increases, because there is full transparency throughout. Alair Homes did a complete renovation of our home. We were told it would take 4 months and we were in 5 days early and on budget. They completely gutted our home, and came up with an amazing plan to help our home be much more functional. They were very respectful in their communication with us, took care of any and all problems immediately, and all their trades we all very professional and did their work in a timely manner. We especially enjoyed our project manager Jason who was very fun to work with. We would definately recommend Alair to anyone doing a reno big or small. We really love everything they did for us, our house seems bigger even though we did not add any square footage. We have already rehired them to do another reno for us at our business and we know it will go as smoothly as our home did.
