Principal David Foote has been in business for over 28 years and designed more than 1000 projects throughout Ventura and L.A. County's. DC Foote And Associates prides itself on guiding their clients through the entire design process. Dave designed our remodel addition. The remodel turned into a total tear down. . He's a very talented architect and has been very helpful to us. I especially admire his honesty. If you don't need a report that costs money he tells you. He has great ideas and is extremely professional. Working with him has been a pleasure. It's been a wonderful experience and he was a huge part in making it that way. Thanks Dave

Mr. Foote provided the plans for two remodels we did on our house. Both sets of plans were well received by plan check and the contractor. If we buy another home, I will not hesitate to call Mr. Foote to provide the plans for any further remodels / additions.

David worked with my me and my wife to create the look we were trying to accomplish . All went well and building should begin soon. The powers that be at county permit stations have been impressed with our thoroughness and delays have been minimal. Our two car detached garage is in the works. More to follow .

Dave is very knowledgable and professional, and pays attention to detail so my projects run smoothly and can be completed on time and on budget. Dave walks my clients through the design process to assure them they are getting the maximum return on their investment.

I've been following Dave and his staffs work for about two years now. DC Foote is one of the most professional and knowledgeable Architectural firms I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Beautiful designs, excellent customer service, patient and prompt are just some of the things that come to mind when working with DC Foote and Associates. HIGHLY recommend.
