Company is not one for customer service and is more into taking hard earned money from good people. Came to work on my garage door opener, but when they were finished the cost would have been the same to get a brand new garage door opener. Quoted a price and then added what was equivalent to $220/hr for labor. Not a company I would recommend if you care about price.

Tim was on time, polite, helpful, and patient (with my 100 questions). He was very helpful with explaining to me why my garage door was not working. Good Man. Highly recommend him.

Ankmar has fixed my garage door for me twice since 2000, and both times were very satisfactory. If I had been better at maintenance I doubt the second visit would have been necessary, but in both cases the service reps were professional, helpful and informative. Good outfit!

My experience with Tim from Ankmar was great! He was a professional in assessing my garage door problem and repairing it. The work was completed quickly and carefully. I was very pleased with the results. Tim was courteous and friendly. Ankmar is great to work with!

Professional from start to finish and excellent work to boot. When an additional adjustment was needed, Ankmar responded quickly and did the job. Good price on a full rebuild of our two garage doors. We were VERY satisfied.

I submitted a request for service late in the night hoping to get service first thing the next morning. I did not expect that I would hear from them before normal business hours but not only did they contact us early but they were out to fix the door early that day too.
