My experience with Willi was first rate from start to finish. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products she was promoting, but with her innate sense of style and design, I felt secure in both her expertise and professionalism from the get-go. Willi truly makes an effort to understand her customer’s preferences and tastes and her suggestions and recommendations were spot on without ever being overbearing. We were thrilled with our shades and custom drapery and we would recommend Designer’s Edge to anyone looking for a wonderful and personalized design experience. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the amazing job that Chris Avery did with the installation of our new window treatments. Like Willi, Chris was efficient, immaculate and conscientious in his work. It was a pleasure doing business with both Willi and Chris and we would without reservation, use their services again.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Designers Edge by Covers for my window treamtments (shutters for 2 bathroom windows). The process was seamless from ordering to installation..! I hired Designers' Edge for my curtains and I was super satisfied with my service. I met with Willi who patiently supported and advised me through several ideas and never settled until I was satisfied with the outcome of the curtains. She was super friendly and energetic. I called Designers Edge approx 3 years ago to install and suggest window coverings for a new home I had just built. I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting with their design consultant Willie. Willie is so informative on what's new and upcoming in the world of design. It was an effortless process, high quality services and products. I like the fact that this is a company that designs, installs at very competitive prices. I recently moved into another home and of coarse called upon Designers Edge and the services of Willie. Her out going personality, professionalism and product knowledge and suggestions came through once again. I am delighted to be working with her again on my new projects. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Covers. They made everything super easy, starting with a quote of several options for what would work on our windows which I had no success finding anything g practical to cover our European windows. Covers came up with several great options and I couldn't be happier with the end result. My windows are finally done the Justice they deserve and every time we have guests our window coverings are the first thing people notice !

We purchased new window coverings for our living room, dining room and bedroom. The interior designer was outstanding to work with and offered her ideas and expertise to help us decide on colour, product, etc. The designer took time with me in my home (I really appreciated this) to show me an array of colour swatches, offer advice, and demonstrated her experience and detailed attention when measuring all the windows perfectly. We were thrilled to hear this company has an installer who would be available to take our old blinds down and put our new ones up. This gentleman called our home when he received our invoice, and was very accommodating when scheduling a date and time to install. He came so prepared, had all the tools, hardware, etc., and in no time, my new blinds were up and looking great! Having this installer made my life so much easier, and I felt relieved that I had someone with knowledge, and experience, putting up our new window coverings (I know my husband and I would have taken hours upon hours to get this task done!) The installer did a fantastic job, and we are so happy how everything worked out! Our blinds make such a positive impact in the rooms and they look fantastic! Would definitely recommend "Designer's Edge" to others, totally professional from the beginning to the end! Excellent service, and attention to details!

We did live in London, for one year, and we did purchase our drapes for both bedrrom and as well as living diningroom areas. My home sparkled with all the lovely decorations and our home was used as the model suite in London, Ontario.

We had Willi as our designer and she was thoughtful and insightful. We needed the support to determine what we should have in our family room to finish it off and pull all the colours together. Willi was extremely patient and provided us with various samples to choose from. The curtains have now been installed and it is no longer a house, it is a home. We cannot say enough great things about Willi, her eye for design and her professionalism. Thanks again.
