Details built my custom home and worked with me methodically over an approximate 9 month period from beginning to end to design and build a beautiful home. The builder was knowledgable and, as a trained engineer, he was able to suggest, design and build changes that were architecturally stunning and structurally solid. Costs were clear and up front. I would work with Details again in a heartbeat.

This builder made many promises and set high expectations and regarded high standards as the norm. "Details" is far from what I would use to describe this company.

I hired this company to design and build my home and the results are not up to standard. I would not describe this company as detailed. I have items within the design that was altered without my approval and there was no money allowance for the downgrade of material used. An entry door was reduced from 36" to 32". Trim throughout the house was to be 3.5" and it is less than 3". I have items that were incorrectly completed (Front porch columns that hang over the porch) and the builder stated that it is "complete" and has made no attempt to remedy this. I have an aggregate patio that has a very noticeable 1 foot wide finish blemish across the entire 12 foot width. The builder suggested that it is "common" and plans to do nothing to remedy this. I could go on." Details" is not an adjective that I would use to describe this builder.
