This company receives an A+++ for Customer Service. Original purchase was beautiful but didn't work out due to a problem on our end, not theirs, yet they bent over backwards to please us. Will definitely do business with them again.

DiaNoche has poor customer service (provided by the company owner). I spent hours trying to decide among the unique shower curtains (and matching bath mats) and finally I picked one and ordered it. First thing is that the $15 shipping charge is over the top. Each of these weighted only ounces each and came in clear plastic bags. Literally. You saw a folded a folded mat sliding around loose through the clear bag that was about 3 times too large. No packaging, no paperwork, just thrown into a plastic bag which was labelled for delivery and left at my mailbox on the ground. But more important is that the quality of these items was poor. I am not exaggerating that they would not meet Walmart standards. The "mat" is actually a piece of felt and the design is missing where the mat was folded. In addition, the back of the mat was filthy. I don't understand that. The shower curtain was a thin cheap looking rayon material. I am so disappointed as I had spent considerable time (and money) ordering these. When I called, the owner was argumentative and engaged in an hour long debate. There was no resolution. I called again a couple of times until I got him and after more that another hour "discussion", he agreed to take the items back for a refund. I would have to pay return shipping. What a waste of money and hours of my time.

Very unusual circumstance. We spoke two times for a combined 1 hour or more and we left everything on good terms and thought we were all set. When the customer called, they were angry that the Fedex person delivered one of her two shipments to a remote mailbox instead of her house. Fedex admitted their mistake and credited me the shipping. I then credited the customer immediately after. The customer accused me of charging too much for shipping in the first place even though these two packages that shipped separately, cost me over $25. The customer believed it should have cost $1. Everyone has their opinion of course and when I tried to explain that we obviously paid more than that, the customer accused me of being argumentative. Again, everyone has a right to their own opinion. What is stranger, is that the customer was going to send back one item. We never received that item, so I am guessing they ended up being happy about it. I sent an email to the customer asking them why they wrote a nasty review, and they said they would remove it, which unfortunately didnt happen. Then we received a credit card dispute from the customer stating they never received the product. I want to thank this customer for writing this review, because that was the proof I needed to dispute their claim of not receiving the product. We are a hard working small business and if you read our reviews anywhere, even from a customer who returned a product, that we have great customer service. Sorry you had to read this non sense.

We love our Dianoche Designs illuminated wall art purchased for our home office/den. The company's attention to detail - from the fine craftsmanship and the wide variety of art to select from to the careful packaging and customer service - was top notch. Our artwork has been admired by customers who visit our office. We love being able to light up the art during gloomy days or at night for soft lighting while watching tv. Artist Julia DiSano's creation coupled with Dianoche Designs' high-quality custom light makes for a stunning piece that gave the perfect finishing touch to our office/den.

We ordered a few items from Dianoche Designs for our daughters bedroom. Not only did everything we ordered come in in perfect condition but the quality was excellent as well. Thank you Dianoche for bringing the 'wow' factor to our daughters bedroom. She loves showing off her room now to her friends!

DiaNoche Designs was a pleasure to work with for our nursery! They have so many beautiful options to choose from and really helped us narrow down our decisions. We purchased several pieces from DiaNoche including an illuminated light, blankets, monogrammed pillow and wood backed hanging photo. They were friendly, patient, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We've recommended them to many of our friends, too!

Excellent designs- Rachel understands from years of experience what I was looking for and how custom design my order for both my children's bedrooms- My twins love their lights! She called me back almost immediately whenever I had a question- She is thoughtful and kind and has excellent listening skills. The artwork is high quality and well build- I would this company without hesitation-
