Dillabaugh's Flooring America

This was our first time working with Dillabaughs and we were extremely happy and highly recommend them for all your flooring and design needs. They were very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. We especially enjoyed working with Kim Beaux, who had many good suggestions and a wealth of knowledge and experience. She was so great at keeping us informed and always followed through with any concerns or questions we may have had. We had new carpeting installed in our main bedroom. The installers had over 40 years of experience between them and the project turned out better than we could have hoped for. We were so pleased that we have decided to proceed with two more projects with Dillabaughs and cannot say enough good things about them!

Never gets back with customer with estimate or answers to questions. Review must be 20 words long, I think the first sentence explained everything.

We went to a number of kitchen design stores and received estimates. One store gave us an estimate and did not contact us again. Their loss. We worked with Tony Ellis at Dillabaugh's. He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, which we are very glad we took. There were a couple of hiccups, but what kitchen design doesn't have that. Matt Davis helped us with the tile back splash and counter. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our questions patiently. Tony did the same. The people at Dillabaugh's are very friendly and wonderful to work with. We love our kitchen! And it was done in 2 weeks! How often do you hear that? We would recommend them to anyone!

We worked with Matt Davis , he was in tune with our needs, knowledgeable on the types of products and helped us to make the right choices for us, he also followed through with the entire project always available if we had any questions. These guys are exactly what I was looking for. Honest, hardworking, prompt, great communication, and beautiful work. Next time I do a remodel in my house I will be calling James and Matt. They are awesome! I will also say their installer is fantastic as well. I would recommend Dillabaugh's to any of my friends.

We went to Dillabaugh's for kitchen design help after a very poor experience at an unnamed big-box store. We found Dillabaugh's kitchen design and cabinet expert Tony to be the consummate professional. He helped us every step of the way and was knowledgeable, friendly, and has a really great eye for design--he can help you from the ground-up, or help you more fully-form your own thoughts on design! I'm not sure many people know Dillabaugh's offers this kind of help--I think most people think of them for flooring. They have a couple of outstanding cabinet lines and Tony, again, is an outstanding kitchen design and functionality expert. We couldn't be more pleased.

We just completed our flooring project with new vinyl & laminate. A big thank you to Michelle for all of her help & a high five to Justin and his install crew! They did an awesome job!

My wife and I recently had two rooms re-carpeted, new vinyl installed in a large kitchen/dining area, new kitchen laminate installed, and vinyl tile put in a finished basement bathroom and laundry area. Our experience with Dino, our sales representative, and Dillabaugh's was uniformly pleasant and professional. Dino is always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the various products. The installers were prompt, hard-working and skillful. (Our new laminate, for example, has a seam in it that you are hard pressed to see unless you already know it is there.) We are going to redo our flooring in the finished basement in the fall and look forward to working with Dino and Dillabaugh's again.

We had 1200 feet of karastan carpet installed by Brandon and his guys just last week. Greg from the Nampa store helped us meet our carpet needs for a great price especially compared to other carpet stores. He was able to get the carpet ordered in and an immediate install lined up for us. He was very knowledgable and upfront about cost and quality of the carpets we were considering. Greg called us the day before installation to make sure we were ready and followed through with us the day after install to make sure we were satisfied. Brandon did an awesome job on the installation and was quick and thorough. We are so happy with our new carpet and we will be recommending Greg at Dillabaughs in Nampa to everyone we know.

I feel I must send a note to Dillabaugh's flooring, as I have appreciated the skill of Michelle Ellinger. gave me in finding the perfect carpet. I have enjoyed working with Michelle and having her advise in picking the best color and texture of carpet. Thanks again Michelle Shirley

I have been working with Teresa McDonald at Dillabaughs on Federal Way for years on projects ranging from replacement to hardwood floor refinishing to kitchen and bath design and have come to think of her as my personal Design Consultant!
