We had to hire another company to redo the work Dynamic completed. We told them about a leak, and they cut a hole in the ceiling below the patio to investigate. They did not fix the leak or the hole in the ceiling. They told us we should have asked for their insurance information before we had the problem. There was a lot of water sitting under the tiles when their work was ripped out. I have plenty of photos showing the terrible work on the patio. We were told we would never have an issue with water leaking into the room below the patio. Also, don't text them on a Saturday morning before 8 a.m. because you will receive a nasty text in response. Their hours for Saturday were posted on Facebook (7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.). With the recent rain, the smaller patio is also leaking. We will also have to save enough money to have it ripped out. The doors they installed are coming apart. They told us they would install a better-quality frame for the doors, and that did not happen. All they did was get more money from us.

Hi Marsha. While there is some truth to this review its not accurate in its entirety. You purchased this home sight unseen and were told that the home addition was not constructed properly. We found and fixed multiple leaks on your patio prior to waterproofing and installing the tile. The water still penetrating your home is not from the work that we did but from the roof somewhere and still entering the home. We explained this to you previously.

We purchased the doors new and they had a manufacturers warranty. We also explained we would replace them if the manufacturer honored their warranty.

I am truly sorry you are still having this problems. You also told us that other work you had done i.e. roofing did not fix the underlying poor original construction problems.

I sincerely hope that this gets resolved for you and your husband I am sure its been highly stressful.

As to the weekend text, we allow texts but the manner in which you texted us was not an appropriate way to start the weekend off. No one desires to be belittled by anyone on their ofttimes with their families.

I highly recommend Dynamic Construction for your home renovation needs! Chris & Jon are great to work with. They listen to your wants and needs for the space, offer great suggestions and communicate well. Everyone on their team was professional, hard-working, and always double-checking how we wanted something done. They showed up on time and always cleaned the space before leaving. We did a complete gut job making a new layout which involved drilling into concrete to move pipes for a completely new oversized shower, double vanity, new closet and more! We are so pleased how wonderful our master bathroom remodel turned out and already planning to have them back out to update our other bathroom!!

High Quality. Incredible Value. And thorough, professional, comprehensive service. I had a second-story loft converted into a home office. It included new electrical, new lighting, new door nd entry walls. Second story scaffolding required. Everything looks as if my home was built this way. Electrical, drywall, painting. Every aspect was taken care of and more. The team thoughtfully cleaned each day. I could not be happier and more impressed. And I know I could add the full cost to the resale of my home. No doubt the best remodeling firm around. I will use them again!

We love the turnout on our dining room enclosure. French doors, sidelites and transom. Dynamic has excellent carpenters and painters. Chris (owner) was very professional . I recommend this company for any project.

The team at Dynamic Construction completed an update to our shower, tub surround, and vanity. From the construction, tiling, plumbing, and hardware installation they did an amazing job. Each day the contractors were on time and they cleaned up each day before they left. It was great experience and definitely will use them again for construction needs.

I have waited a while to post a review about this company, and the owner. We went over a plan, and he didnt write any information down. They began the demo a couple weeks later for a kitchen remodel. Throughout the remodel they left trash and materials on my back porch throughout. After the demo Chris went out of town, and left the job to his brother that had no idea what was going on. The confusion insued. I was supposed to have ship lap in one area and it's still not ship lap to this day. Soft close drawers, and cabinets were installed as regular close. I was told go buy what I want so they can install it, so I did. Same thing with the lights switches. All the can lights were supposed to be dimming switches. They installed regular, so I went and bought my own for them to install. Hurricane Harvey hit right in the middle and I was left to try and protect all the material and secure all the trash. Then the crown molding was damaged and I put it in the back of my truck which they pulled out, then I told them do not use it and put it in the trash pile that had been there for a month, I then got home from work and the only thing missing from the trash pile was the crown molding. They installed it anyways. Black streaks and dents throughout. I told him to remove it and bring in new material that hasnt been sitting in water for a week. Argument insued because his customer service and phone etiquette is the furthest thing from professional. I could go on and on, but just know my experience was horrible with this company. After a year I have a light switch that doesnt work, can light that is hanging down, another light that doesnt work, a desk area that was thrown together last minute, plugs in the wrong locations, and many more things falling apart. When completed I was 75% happy with the way it looked. 0% happy with the company, and now 50% happy with the way everything is operating. Not a good experience at all. I know not everything was going to be perfect, but for around 30k I expected a lot more than what I got throughout the whole process.

My mother hired Dynamic Construction after her house got caught on fire. She had a contract with him and paid in full but he never finished the job, nor did he pay her back for what he did not complete. She has documentation of the contract, small claims judgment, writ of execution, etc. She is a teacher as well, and as we all know the pay for a teacher isn't the best. He, Chris the owner, is not only stealing from a mother but the students that she teaches. His work might look okay, some great, but you are risking your hard earned money being stolen with nothing to show for it but unfinished projects.

HI anonymous user. We are all for reviews as this assists potential clients in the selection process. The unfortunate part is when someone takes the time to harass a company on social media and other internet platforms with a one sided and factually inaccurate representation of the events. I entered in to a contract with your mother and not you rendering you with a lack of knowledge on the subject. She has already left her own review here.

We have not and do not "steal" from our customers. If this were the case we would not have such fantastic reviews. We believe in customer service to the fullest, however, we are aware that not every contractor/client relationship will end in an ideal manner.

The husband of the mentioned family member became intoxicated on multiple occasions and threatened our employees. We requested that his involvement be limited and for there to be no contact with my staff as he was not living there (no one was). The threats continued and we left ONE item incomplete.

We were unable to come to an agreement on cost and a judgement was levied. I have paid half of the judgment (I have a receipt) and the remainder is in dispute.

We had Dynamic do a kitchen remodel, replace the siding on our gatage and barn with hardie plank and replace the poles on our front porch. We are extremely satisfied with their work. Our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. They did a fantastic job! Love the hardie and new poles as well. Chris is very easy to work with. Would use them again.

Hired Dynamic Construction to correct a shower that was built incorrectly. The owner Chris is very prompt in responding to texts and emails. Other company’s that I tried to get quotes from took days to weeks to respond. The crew showed up at the arranged time everyday, protected the floors, and never left a mess. The project was completed in less time than expected and looks fantastic. I am really pleased and would hire again no question. It was easy and painless.
