We are beyond thrilled with our project. Keith was increible to work with as were all of his subs. Our project was incredibly unique - it started a week prior to the 2020 pandemic and stay at home orders. Keith and his entire crew (Scott, Earl, Oscar) worked hard to ensure a safe environment for our family and to keep the project on schedule. Everyone was incredibly skillful, diligent, kind and hardworking. We really enjoyed collaborating with Keith as well to add special details to our Charlotte street remodel of a 112 year old house and ensure the end result was custom to our needs and style. We highly recommend Earthway.

I would highly recommend working with Keith Mader at Earthway for a remodeling project. We hired Keith to remodel our kitchen and could not be happier with the result. From start to finish Keith was professional, hardworking and a good communicator. Keith met with us to review his estimate, put his entire scope of work in writing, and made sure we thoroughly understood what was included in his pricing and what was not. No other contractor that we met with took the time to prepare such a detail estimate and also sit down to review it with us. When Keith started there was progress made every day, even over the holidays. We also wanted to be involved at each step and Keith made sure we were happy with his work reviewing the progress he had made each day. Keith started on the day he said he would and finished the entire project on time. When the project was completed we finished on budget, there were no unexpected costs or delays which was great. Kitchen remodels are complex, costly projects and being without your kitchen for a few weeks can be stressful. Working with Keith and Earthway made the whole process enjoyable since we could see progress each day, finished on time and on budget. Thanks to Keith and Earthway we have a beautiful new kitchen that we could not be happier with!

Keith with Earthway was a pleasure to work with. From quote to completion, Keith listened to my wants, needs and ideas, encouraging everything that was viable and gently suggesting alternatives for items that weren't. His team worked diligently, efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves every day. I am a very particular person and Keith responded to all my requests and daily texts within 24hours, doing his best to resolve any issue or change I came up with. The project is complete and I love my screened in patio. Earthway did a beautiful job and I get so many compliments.

We hired Keith and team to tear off a flat roof and walk out martini deck and replace with a pitched roof. We also asked Keith to tear out a wall connecting the rooms below the flat roof and install a steel beam. The work required walling in a door, installing new windows, installing can lighting, installing a new steel beam and all the finishing touches in an old home (three types of flooring, electrical work associated, difficult to find trim work, crown moulding, and hardwood floors, etc.). The team stayed on schedule and provided great service throughout. His entire team felt like family and demonstrated fine detail similar to pride of ownership. We were delighted with the result and will use Keith again for our next home renovation! The openness if now phenomenal to have front to back view and when company is over, kitchen, dining room, sitting room and family room all connected.

We hired Earthway after a car backed into the front of the house, what a mess. Had three contractors come out to estimate. Earthway was the only contractor who wasn't " too busy" to tackle the problem. They kept us informed every step of the way and never went off and forgot us. In fact the only delays were mine and my wife's fault, taking time to choose wall color and choice of floor. The results were amazing.

I hired Earthway to remodel my master bathroom. I own a 100 year-old home so expertise in working with older homes was important. Keith Mader and his team did an excellent job throughout the project. There are no words that can fully expressed how great it was to have Earthway do our remodel. We had them move our kitchen, open up walls, build a wet bar, add windows, french doors and redo our floors. In our backyard the built a deck and installed stamped concrete. As you can imagine it was a pretty daunting job for our 1890s home. Earthway went above and beyond. Keith was professional, communicative and always on time. We were astonished how fast the workers were and how precise their work was. You hear horror stories and we were bracing ourselves. We had zero problems. We give Earthway the highest rating and will continue to tell everyone who will listen about the great job they did!

I hired this company to redo the deck. Was a great job. Done in record time. Reused every possible board without sacrificing looks or safety. Keith was very easy to work with and listened to what we needed and wanted. Used them for a few other projects at the same time. Will work with them on future projects.
