EF Marburger Fine Flooring

We had EFMarburger add 2 rooms of hardwood flooring, they had to match it up to the current hardwood that was already in place. They laid the new hardwood and refinished everything to match. It looks great. When the hardwood was completed they laid 2 rooms of carpeting. Shirley was an excellent sales person and the installers were very polite and advised the best ways to take care of our new flooring. We would definitely recommend EFMarburger for any flooring needs

We visited several flooring showrooms but were very impressed by the variety and sample displays at EF Marburger. Karla was awesome! She helped us find flooring for our entire new house. We used a maple hardwood on the first floor and luxury vinyl planks in the basement. Karla designed two walk in showers for our master bath and mother in law suite. My mother in law's favorite color is blue. Karla helped find blue tiles with coordinating blue glass tiles for inset and entire wall above sinks. The flooring and tile installers were superb! The quality of each installation was beyond our expectations. In our basement, we have a L shaped black cabinet wet bar. We used a stacked stone back splash. Karla explained for a minimal additional price we could extend the stone along the entire wall to make an accent statement. It looks stunning! Karla at EFMarburger made searching for our flooring, tile and carpet an enjoyable experience while keeping us on budget. Their installers are the top of their trade. I highly recommend EF Marburger for any on your design needs.

They updated my master bath and master bedroom, I had a rough idea what I wanted, but they pretty much took my project on themselves. They made it look great and I couldn't be happier!

Just started a project with them. Kelly has been patient and helpful. Floor installation in April. Will update after the work is done.

Poor service. After billing was complete, the service was a downhill slide. Failure to provide basic details like please confirm my installation date and please let me know what time they will arrive were not provided. I had to call them repeatedly. The installers are contract workers - not employees of EF Marburger. Nice kids, but completely set up for failure as they were not told to bring basic materials like transition strips or the nature of the carpet in order to bring proper equipment. They worked incredibly slow as 1.5 of the 3 person team actually performs work - about 10 hours to install one room of carpet. Upon discussing this this EF, they have made no amends to make an extremely poor customer experience better.

On a scale of one to ten, guess how happy we are with the hardwood floors? INFINITY!! Words cannot express how pleased we are with the floors, customer service and the workmanship! They came through with ZERO issues and delays…that’s customer service! EF Marburger is the “Nordstroms” of fine flooring! Special thanks to Kelly for being knowledgeable enough to bring those specific floors to our attention. She was always being expeditious in answering our questions via email, over top helpful and accommodating. Thanks again to the installers. They were professional young men who showed up on time and ready to work. Thanks again and we wish EF Marburger much success! Customers for Life!
