Eric Aust Architect brings 25 years of architectural experience in all aspects of design. Specializing in custom residential design and commercial development, I provide my clients with individual attention to all aspects of their project needs. I work closely with my clients to design spaces specifically for their needs and appropriate for their site. Having started my own practice 18 years ago, I provide a cohesive architectural process from initial concept through to the finished, built structure. I have an expertise in residential design in Newport Beach and can help navigate the often tricky city design guidelines. Eric Aust Architect has the ability to take your architectural dreams from initial ideas to reality!

I had the pleasure of working with Eric on a new build project in Newport Beach right on the sand. His design really optimized the site, giving the clients great views and amazing indoor/outdoor living. The design really embodied the clients and how they lived day to day. He is very organized, responsive and creative. I look forward to working with him on future projects.

If you don't use Aust Architect you deserve whatever problems you get by using someone else! Eric is professional, great at what he does but most importantly timely. Eric understands that time is money and that time he saves clients puts money back into their pockets. Eric delivers! if he says he will have something done at a certain time.....IT'S DONE! I have been in real estate development for 20 plus years and have used many architects but NONE have impressed me like Mr. Aust. Mr Aust has done 7 different projects with us since i've known him.

He was very accommodating and easy to work with. Eric listened carefully to all of our design wishes and did everything he could to incorporate them into the architectural plans. I would highly recommend Eric.

Eric is OUTSTANDING. The details of his drawings were the best I've seen and I've worked with over a dozen architects. He anticipated things no one else was able to and knew how to avoid pitfalls. I HIGHLY recommend him over anyone Ive worked with.

We are working with Eric on project at the moment and cannot say enough about the work he has done with us. Eric is extremely talented, detail oriented, easy going, and honest. Designing a home is difficult for so many reasons and working with Eric has been the only consistently positive experience. I would absolutely use Eric again and would recommend him without reservation.

For a first time home builder, Eric was simply fantastic and we could not have asked for a better architectural experience. From the design phase to plan review and the permitting process Eric was really great at delivering our vision while offering unique insight and intelligent design principles. We were amazed with his ability to organize so much into our little lot/home while also allowing it to feel very open and spacious. He was incredibly diligent throughout the entire project and delivered exactly what we hoped to achieve.

If you are looking for the best, go no further. Eric is a very professional and talented architect. My very hard to please builder has nothing but good things to say about working with Eric. Eric has met every deadline and has gone above and beyond what was expected at every turn. Eric has a great eye for all things design and we are thrilled that he is designing our house.
