A small firm headquartered in Lago Vista, TX specializing in single-family "Texas Contemporary" residential building design with rigorous standards for modern design, no matter how large or small the project. Local knowledge, creativity and an ability to work openly and collaboratively produce our results. We have our own approach to design; a unique signature style, if you will, and a preferred method of operation. Good design looks great, yes — but why shouldn't it also feel great, smell great and sound great? We pride ourselves on our belief of 5-sense design, giving our clients a unique multi-sensory experience. Ernesto Peralez was an excellent project manager for our house addition and remodel. He was proactive in his communication, professional, and always concerned with the impact the work was having on our family. He assisted our architect with all aspects of the project. I highly recommend his work!

I enjoyed working with Ernesto on my house renovation. I appreciate how he spent as much time and hard work on my house as he did on his bigger projects. We worked well together from the design process through the construction. My favorite thing about working with Ernesto was all the attention to detail he added to the project. He had drawings and sketches for every aspect of the house and explained how they all fit within the design vision. I'm very pleased with the design of my house. I never imagined that our cookie-cutter house could be transformed into an architectural house.

Ernesto was one of the two architects responsible for drafting and designing our office design. We started with a shell space, and have built an office all of our clients love. We could not have done it without Mr. Peralez.
