Very nice person at first but unfortunately, there was several flaws and errors. The trim valve in our shower has had a big gaping hole since then. Please see picture. He was quite messy, I had to re-paint the master bedroom and sone of the hallway, and the shower niche was simply not detailed professionally. He had us wait 2 months before he could come back to fix them. Today, he let us know that he would not come back to fix the poor craftmanship. We are very disappointed. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend Etna Tile & Stone
