I was very happy with the whole team at Evolutionary homes. They were knowledgeable, fair and efficient in building our home. Building a home can be a difficult process and I believe they made it all work. I'm an apartment builder and know a little bit about construction, and I found them to very user friendly. They answered all my questions with a smile, and if we had to do it again I would try to team up with them to build our house.

We wish he had included the cost of digging the septic & propane tanks in the estimate. The architect did not respond to many of our requests in a timely manner. We needed a lot more face time with Oscar. All of this delay cost us money. We felt the Architect was expensive and he never had the time to meet us over a year period. We consider the workmanship on the cabinets not up to the quality of the rest of the house. The fit of the doors and drawers was poor. Everything else about our experience was excellent. All the craftsmen were professional & courteous.Nathan was a joy to work with, detail oriented, & always quick to respond. We are very impressed with the quality of our house & glad we chose Evolutionary Homes.

Evolutionary Homes jumped in to help us when our general contractor let us down right after getting the permit to add a shop to our new home. Nathan and Ryan ensured that the trusses were properly designed and assisted in the determination of the style of roof, including the right pitch to fit with the design of the house. My husband is thrilled that they suggested a roofline that includes a storage area in the attic space. They listened as to what we wanted, and made suggestions that improved our ideas. The shop/garage will completed early January 2023. This has been the most stress-free portion of our home remodel project to-date, and we look forward to working with them on our projects of the casita, boathouse, and outdoor kitchen. We also appreciate their expertise in technology, including setting up systems for internet and other low voltage systems, outdoor security, energy efficient lighting, and backup-generator systems. We feel secure working with Evolutionary Homes!

Our “dream” home building odyssey began with a terrible experience with another builder. We were very upset things fell apart, but quickly realized what a blessing in disguise this was after meeting with Nathan Murphey and Deron Stadler of Evolutionary Homes. What a difference! Deron helped us finalize our building plans and guided us through the bid process. Nathan took over and guided us through construction. If you are actively involved in the decision-making process of building your home, this can be a very stressful experience. Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home.
