I hired Fil to replace the landscaping at my house in July-August, 2020. His crew was great and they did a good job. A couple months after they finished many of the plants died. I sent photos and asked Fil to replace them. He told me we needed to wait until it was warm again. I contacted him in May, when he said he would replace the dead plants. Nothing happened in June even though I contacted him again. Nothing happen in July, so I contacted him again in August and asked for a refund so that I could just buy the plants and replace them myself. On August 13 he said he needed a week and then he would send me the refund. It is now September 14 and I still have dead plants (more have died in the meantime), no refund and not a word from Fill. UPDATE: After I posted this review Fil contacted me and followed through on the refund. As I mentioned above, his crew does fine work. It was very frustrating trying to get any response or attention from Fil once they left the job site.

My yard had become a mess of weeds, uneven dirt, & plants I put in without much research that didn't work well. I met with 5 different vendors. 1 never provided a bid and a few could do part of the job but not all of the job or needed me to have a very concrete plan of what I wanted. I am very happy I met with Fil at Green Touch, he was able to help put my rough ideas into a solid plan. One of the reasons I selected Green Touch was that they could do the pavers & firepit as well as grass, irrigation & plants. Fil was patient while I researched different options and changed my mind multiple times before agreeing on a final plan. He suggested things I wouldn't have even thought of like plants to add more privacy & options that would hold up well with my dog. Workers showed up on time each day it wasn't raining and left the area clean each day. The job will be done today & I will have my new patio & yard to enjoy for Christmas!

We hired Green Touch to do a complete We hired Green Touch to do a complete re-landscaping. In the process of choosing a landscaper, we got bids from four different landscapers, including landscapers whose estimates were significantly higher than Green Touch's. Fil's company stood out among all the landscapers. Among Fil's greatest qualities is that he listens very carefully. We had specific ideas about what we wanted to do, and Fil paid close attention to what we were looking for. He worked with us throughout the process, tweaking designs upon our request, changing the specific plants and layout when we asked for that. At the same time, he was always ready to give us a professional opinion and recommendations. We would hire Fil again without a doubt. Green Touch is super busy for a reason!
