I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from First Call. We had to have our heat pump replaced and they were here on time and done about 4 hours later. Chris, the tech that came out to give the estimate as well as replace the unit was very polite and walked me through every step of the process. I will be recommending you guys to everyone that I can think of. Thank you for everything

In February my heat went out duing the winter weather. I contacted Chris to come out and repair it. Not only did they come out during the bad weather, they were prompt in arriving as well. There was no problems at all and that s the kind of business i like to conduct. They can count on me for being a return customer in the future!

We purchased a gas furnace in March and the water pump portion of it went out today. We didn't know that was what it was when we called it in. Was very impressed that the service call came out on same day and honored the warranty. He had, just by chance, taken two water pumps since he needed to replace one today for another customer. Wow! Had heat restored in 30 minutes, no charge as it was under warranty. Very happy with service and toasty warm. thanks!
