I've poured my heart and soul into construction for 30 years now and I've had the honor of being owner of Frank's Home Maintenance for a little over 18 years. I can honestly say I love the level of service that this company has achieved. We treat your home with the utmost respect, leaving our shoes at your door. There are no projects too big or too small, you name it and we can complete it. We are everyday people doing what we do best and that is to make your home your favorite destination. A place where you can walk across your beautiful new hard wood or tiled floors to cook dinner in your newly renovated kitchen or to stroll upstairs to take a shower in your lavish new bathroom. Frank and his crew built our house in just 10 months and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We chose Frank as our builder because of his hands on approach—he never once disappeared on us during the build and always made himself available. He and his team put love and attention into the build as if they were going to be the ones moving in!
Frank has the wonderful ability to utilize space and gives valuable insight on tough decisions. At the end of most builds, you usually want to never see your builder again…we now consider Frank and his team our friends! We would definitely recommend Frank to anyone needing a builder/contractor.

Our master bath was remodeled by someone who obviously didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Frank has done work for us in the past that was excellent. We called him for a solution to our problem. The shower wouldn’t drain and the tile was sharp. After an evaluation it was discovered that our bathroom was actually unsafe. He repair the bath and remodeled it entirely. It is absolutely beautiful now that it’s finished correctly. We cannot thank him enough for saving the mess our bath had become.

This company is way above standard!! I had a contractor who left me high and dry on a large job I had. I was so distraught when the previous contractor left with no warning, no calls, no texts, nothing. Also had some of my funds. I was given Frank's information; I am so glad I received that information! I called Frank and he came and reviewed my half-completed job. I was extremely nervous about this company. I had no idea if I was going to go through the same thing again. Frank put my worries away! Frank and his team are very precise in their work! His crew is so awesome to work with. The crew was always on time and very aware of my house. They protected every room they worked in. The always put my belongs back exactly as they were. There was always good communication with everyone. If I had any questions, they explained everything to me, and even if I didn't ask questions, they would explain everything to me! You will not be sorry if you hire this company. I feel they totally took care of me, and I consider them family.

Earlier this year Frank and his team completed a small bathroom renovation for me.
I am amazed by the finished project, although there were several snags along the way due to some slowdowns in getting certain items we needed due to shipping and production issues and some sicknesses along the way from Covid.
Frank was very open and honest with me about the issues and provided the support needed for me to stay patient.
I would recommend Frank and his team to anyone who needs a renovation done.

Working with Frank and his crew has been an absolute pleasure. We originally chose Frank because during the initial walk-through he seemed to be the only contractor concerned about addressing existing structural and plumbing issues before starting the fun stuff. We started construction on our attached garage and remodel while still living on the other side of the country, which made us nervous not being able to visit often, but Frank constantly kept us in the loop with daily video uploads, FaceTime sessions, and conference calls. Even during this difficult time he was able to constantly keep the ball rolling. He worked very well with our constantly changing ideas and was able to provide a lot of professional insight and direction. We highly recommend Frank and his team for any job small or large. In fact, we have already recommended him to our family members for another large project!

We hired Franks Home Maintenance to redo four full baths and one half bath and to update our kitchen cabinetry and tile and lights throughout the house as well as a number of repairs to a house we has just purchased. Frank and Josh and their team were professional, knowledgeable, and delivered excellent ideas and recommendations. They were very responsive to any questions and timeline pressures. They also communicated well during the entire project, making timelines and costs transparent. Importantly, I found them trustworthy. We are very happy with our renovations - the house looks like a completely different and now beautiful home.

I was looking for a deck replacement and Frank came highly recommended from a co worker.
The team did a great job on my deck project. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was very professional. Frank was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had about the project. I will definitely use Frank again on future projects as pass his contact information to friends and neighbors.

Project finished on time and more important in my budget. I have a small budget and he was able to do what I needed in the amount available. Small or large project wasnt treated any diffrent. On time and done better than I expected. I'm using him again for another project here within a few weeks wouldnt think of calling anyone else.

Frank is one hardworking Contractor! Keeping his client's best interest in mind is always top on his mind. Nothing is an obstacle but a problem to be solved. As an Interior Designer, I could not ask for a better attitude. I enjoy his sense of humor which makes all situations better. He's not afraid to investigate new ideas or discuss a better solution. I've enjoyed working side-by-side with Frank whose goal is to make your project the best it can be. It has been a real joy working with Frank these last few months as we tackled a big old house for renovation, taking it down to the studs, and going from there. He has a great work ethic and he always does what he says he will, which is hard to come by in this industry. He's also very creative, taking problems as they come along and just working right through them with a great attitude. He's not intimidated to call other specialists for ideas or help if something new comes up. And he keeps everyone moving on the job site! If you want to hire a true professional, I highly recommend Frank for any type of home projects you may have!

Frank's team did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with my refinished hardwood flooring, vinyl flooring installation, plywood flooring installed in the attic area, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, new sinks, new faucets, new lighting, and other small things I requested. My home is beautiful! The hardwoods are gorgeous! Thank you, Frank and team for your excellent work.

I recommend Frank and his team for any project you have! We worked with him on a Fixer Upper that had many more problems and unsafe issues than anticipated due to the previous owner's DIY handy work. Frank was great in offering alternative solutions to save costs and stay within a budget. We entrusted our home with his vision and are really happy with the results! We are already planning on working with him again for Spring projects!

We purchased a 1960's ranch with plans for some remodeling to create an updated Master Bedroom, bathroom and closet. We also wanted to update other areas of the home as time permitted.
What we found was that previous owners had done DIY remodeling with multiple breaches in construction, plumbing and electrical issues.
We decided to advance many of the items on our remodel project to make the home safe and complete the majority of the interior before moving in and living in construction dust.
Some of the issues caught were:
Plumbing installed with incompatible materials resulting in leaks and mold.
Electrical lines dead-end inside walls while still hot at the breaker box
An electrical panel that was overloaded with multiple breakers going to unknown circuits
Framing that was inconsistent with load bearing resulting in foundation issues and sagging floors.
Gas lines that were not installed to code and had some joints only hand tightened.
All along we were kept up to date with the different issues uncovered as well as suggested solutions. Sometimes we went with Frank's recommndations while others we went with what we envisioned. Either way Frank moved forward with diligence. Throughout the process he always completed what we wanted and gave us feedback on the items that could pose potential issues down the road.
We have refinished and replaced sections of the wood floors, added 2 1/2 new bathrooms, had a lot of tile installed and painted. The end result is that we now have an incredible home. The first floor is complete and the basement 95% complete, just lacking some paint.
Everyone on the crew was very personable, respectful and sincerely card about our home, we are very happy with the results.

We loved our current home. Between memories and location, while we wanted more, we knew we didn't want to move. We met with Frank to discuss a potential renovation, and we knew immediately that we wanted to work with him. His ideas and his team exceeded our expectations! We were nervous (like any other home owner) to begin a renovation is our home. But Frank's team was polite, on time, and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a team you can TRUST and a team who will deliver what is promised, look no further. We will use Frank and his team in the future and I would 100% without hesitation recommend him for any job. Could not be happier with the results.

Words cannot describe the transformation to our home. Frank's Home Maintenance went completely beyond our expectations. Toward the completion of the remodel there were times I was left speechless. It was a great experience. You would expect to have issues with a job this huge but there were none. We have an 80's ranch that is now a completely new home. I can't say enough about Frank and his crew. I would recommend him to anyone with no qualms.

Frank was a lifesaver. We needed a full quote on fixing half of a gutted house with less than a week's notice to close on financing with the bank. Frank worked with us to meet all of the bank's ridiculous hoops and delivered well within the timeline they required. His guys were courteous and great at answering any questions we had. They worked well with us moving all of our belongings into a construction zone. Final project involved new hardwoods, replacing walls and ceilings on two floors, a new kitchen and replacing plumbing and wiring in our 1930s home.

My husband and I requested both a full renovation of our upstairs bathroom and the addition of a bathroom downstairs. We interviewed at least 4 other contractors, but ultimately decided to move forward with Frank. In our two interviews, it was undeniable that they were most knowledgeable. Our intuition was correct, and months later (with two new bathrooms) we made the right choice.
From day one, Frank and his team were both professional and friendly. They were there are on time daily, stayed close the budget initially set out and completed in a timely manner. Furthermore, the team was helpful in going outside the bounds of our initial requests. This included helping us set up our sound system, watching our door when we were not home, etc.
I could go one and on, but overall Frank and his team exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Frank and his crew came to remodel our down stairs half bathroom a couple of months ago and the turn out was extraordinary. The crew members were polite and respectful of the rest of our home making sure to not leave any messes. I will be sure to call Franks Home Maintenance again when I need any work done to my house and I also won't hesitate to suggest him to friends and family.

Franks Home Maintenance repaired our falling second story deck. They were able to correct the poorly done attempt of a previous contractor. They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner that allowed us to meet our deadline for putting the house on the market. In addition to the work on the deck they also raised our front walk that had separated from the front steps. We were extremely pleased with the results and will be using them for future work at our new home. We highly recommend this buisiness.

Frank does a great job. I have for rental properties and I regularly rely on him to get things done and take care of everything from major plumbing issues to roofing needs. I know I can rely on him to quickly address emergency situations which occur at night or on the weekends. He is also honest and fair.

We have used Franks for several projects around the house. He came highly recommended by a friend. Always courteous, always thorough, highly skilled, and ethics above reproach. We are well pleased with the several projects he has done for us and will consider no others.
In addition, I have been to a house where I found out that Frank built the deck. There were a lot of people standing and walking on the deck. I expected to feel the vibrations and some movement. There was NONE. It was a solid as a rock. They installed extra supports because the owner had not decided where to place the hot tub so Frank made sure there would never be any issue.

Had a $65,000 project. Completed 1/3 the job, promised he'll be back cause he was lacking enough staff. Never returned my calls or emails. Gave up and moved on. Found his behavior very unprofessional despite a good job. Wouldn't recommend as a reliable contractor.

This customer called us explaining that a friend and neighbor had cancer and had suffered a stroke. They needed us to paint and make repairs on his home while he was away in the hospital.
Our build-out teams are booked out 3-6 months in advance but because this homeowner was ill we we agreed to push back contracted customers to do the repairs so that the home would be comfortable for his homecoming. The customer knew this. Our other customers had been made aware of why their jobs were delayed.
The customer was completely satisfied. We finished under budget and did a great job. She asked us to directly move forward with a bathroom remodel. I explained again that we had pushed contracted customers back to accommodate her needs but we still had to fulfill 9 contracts before we could schedule a new project.
This customer sent me an email a month later. She was upset that we hadn't called yet. (Again) I called and explained that we were booked a few months in advance. She accused me of being unprofessional. I was shocked that what he had done was so unappreciated. I explained that I have obligations to other customers and I will contact her when we were able to put her on the schedule to begin a bathroom and kitchen remodel. In the meantime I put her directly in contact with my window vendor who does not usually deal directly with the public so she could begin that project.
When i saw this review I called her, immediately. She accused me of not returning her last unfriendly email. I apologized for not responding to that last email however, at this point I was in disbelief that she did not respect that we had to honor other previous commitments.
She did admit that we did a great job but she was angry that we were unable to meet her demands.

Frank's Home Maintenance is way more than the name of the company indicates. Frank and his crew remodeled very dated bathrooms and a kitchen for me. The design was highly functional but contemporary and classic. The materials he chose were absolutely appropriate to my budget and to the style of the space. Plus, his crew is pleasant, respectful, and nice. They arrive on time, clean up at the end of the day, and work hard until the job is done. They came in under budget even!

Frank's Home Maintenance came highly recommended from a friend of mine who buys and sells real estate often. I needed some work done for a home inspection. They were fast, friendly and fair. From the time I placed the call, to the time they were done with the repairs, it was less than a week. When they said they would be there, they were there. They even provided a warranty on the repair for the buyers. Overall, a really great experience.

Frank was awesome! Frank did some work for the company I worked for and he did some residential work for a relative of mine. Frank's work is second to none and he provides true value. He was very patient when the company did not pay on time and was very understanding. We have had Franks Home Maintenance remodel a bedroom, a recreation room and install hardwood floors throughout the upstairs in our home. We are scheduled to begin a kitchen and bath remodel next week with this company. The work was well done, completed in a timely manner, on budget and in a professional manner. We have been overjoyed with their work and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Frank has done a great deal of work for me and all his work has been great. It's been done on time and usually below budget. Frank built a deck and remodeled my master bath and I have never seen better work. I will continue to use Frank in the future as I still have plans to improve my home even more.

Frank was extremely helpful to me in picking out colors for my bathroom and tile. It all turned out really well. Fast and under budget! I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Frank :)

This company has done all our remodeling of our 60's ranch, three baths, bedroom and a large remodel of our den, including raising ceiling, installing new French doors. They also are so cooperative on smaller "nuisance" jobs, which increases our loyalty. We feel free to leave the workman in our house with no one home. They are totally honest and responsible and respectful, of our property. At the end of the day, the job is left as neat and clean as is possible

I had my shower remodeled with beautiful tile work that Frank and his team helped me select. I couldn't be happier with the results and the level of professionalism I experienced. I will be a life time customer! I have many more projects in store.

I've had various jobs done by Frank some maintenance. They were all done need professionally and top-notch. I've had jobs ranging from electrical to carpentry to stonework. They were always clean courteous and professional. Jobs were always done completely and on time. I will and have recommended Frank's how maintenance to multiple people. I would use them again , as well as highly recommend them to friends and family.

Frank custom-designed my kitchen so, first of all, I was excited about that.
I was really impressed by the respect these guys showed my home from the start. The first thing they did was take their shoes off before entering each day. They worked diligently all day on my kitchen remodel and cleaned up the area every night before they went home.
The experience was so positive that I'm going to have Frank redo my bathroom as my next project.

Frank and his crew did an incredible job on my art room addition. The guys were always on time, worked hard and did quality work. They understood my limited budget and helped me make choices with in those boundaries. I felt well informed on every choice they made with my project and felt they were extremely qualified which included the detailed wood work, the framing and the electrical. Soon they will be adding a laminate floor in an additional room and I can't wait!
I have other projects ahead I will definitely want them to do as I save some more money to move forward in the coming year! I highly recommend Franks Home Maintenance…top notch guys you can depend on!!!!

This is a company with high standards and his employees reflect the same. Their attitude is making sure the job gets done right the first time, and if not, we'll make sure it's right before it's all said and done. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Frank worked on my master bathroom remodel. Himself and his employees did an excellent job. They showed up every morning for the job and worked hard all day long. I was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of the work he performed. He completed the remodel in the time frame he gave me and it turned out better than I imagined.
I then hired Frank at a later date to come back to install an outdoor electrical outlet and can lights in my bonus room ceiling. He once again did not disappoint with his professionalism.
Since then I have referred Frank to several of my friends that need his handyman services and they have all been happy with his work.

My wife (pregnant at the time) and I hired Frank's Home Maintenance to do a bathroom remodel. He and his team were courteous, clean, accommodating, and professional.
The work included ripping out the old tub and fiberglass surround. This exposed a previous hack job fix of for a leak which involved placing a sponge in a metal pan (you read that correctly). They fixed the leak and removed the sponges and pan.
The crew (same 2 guys each day) was on time for the duration of the remodel. They cleaned the site before leaving for the evening. They were kind enough to schedule their lunch around the nap schedule of our then 1 year old child.
The new tub and surround, laying tile and grouting, installing of a new toilet, and prepping the walls for paint were complete in 3 days. More importantly, the one shower was removed, new one installed and ready for use within 24 hours. Even more importantly, the work was beyond expectations and below his estimate because the team finished ahead of schedule.
The work turned an eyesore into a selling point in the house. We used Franks later for some kitchen work and were pleased to see the same crew still working for him.

I had a plumbing issue at my house that resulted in a huge water bill. I had four different plumbers come out, and not one of them could find the problem. Frank and his crew were GREAT! They worked on all three toilets, checked the showers, and didn't leave until the issue was fixed. Had I known Frank was a Master Plumber I would have called him first. And I wished I had known him when I built my house, or when I rebuilt after Nashville's flood. I could have used someone who is honest and can get it right the first time. Not just on the plumbing, but on all projects.

Frank and his entire team were a pleasure to work with. I felt entirely safe and comfortable having them in and around my house all summer. I am very, very pleased with their work. They have not only great skill, but vision and creativity. All of which this project (and I) needed very much. They arrived on the job when promised, worked hard all day, and cleaned up their workspace every night. Our neighbors even commented on how impressed they were with the entire crew's professionalism. I will call Frank for anything else we need at the house and recommend him without reservation.

Frank George is a great communicator, honest about what needs to be done, and fair with pricing. He and the guys who work for him are also pleasant and skillful; never condescending. I have had Frank do work before and am always glad I did. I sent my mom to him, too and he did a great job for her.

I got a recommendation from a fellow Realtor about Frank & his team. In under a year I have called Frank's home maintenance for various projects from my own home renovations, to my clients', to tenant maintenance calls of all kinds. As a Realtor and landlord, I've come across renovations and contractors of all kinds. His staff and he are always professional, considerate and positive through the always stressful renovation process. I've always been happy with their work and if something needs to be changed, they're positive, & make sure their work is done well and that you're happy. It's been a real pleasure to hire them every time (we've hired them about 5 times now). Great guys - very trustworthy!

Frank and his crew remodeled my bathroom and I have to say they did an outstanding job!Frank has such a great repoire with all of his past customers that I was actually able to speak with them about their experience before making my decision on hiring him.Everyone I spoke with spoke very highly of him and I of course hired him as well.So glad I did!!!I will use Frank from this point on for all of my home maintenance needs!

I was referred to Frank by a friend in 2010, who was referred by her aunt, and the list goes on. Once you use them they will be your "go to" for home help. Frank is prompt to respond to inquiries, always reasonable in his bids and quick to get the job done. They are good guys and do honest work. Can't thank them enough for all the help provided me - jobs big and small - over the years! Sept 2016 update - I still work with Frank and his team regularly. They remain my first call for all areas of home maintenance, improvement & plumbing needs. Their recent quote on a job was a 1/3 the cost of another bid & the quality remains tops. 5 stars indeed!

I can't imagine a better remodeling experience than I had with this company. It started with a VERY detailed plan of what would take place with cost. The two guys who came to work in my home were not only amazing craftsman but respectful and neat. They actually cleaned up every day before they went home. They replaced all the plumbing in the house and remodeled two bathrooms, yet still made sure we had normal water function every night. Their work was beyond my expectations and the bathrooms are beautiful. They endured my constant questions and inquiries. They were flexible with changes and stayed within our budget. I have already recommended them to so many of my friends. They came highly recommended to me from other neighbors. I will not hesitate to hire them again and have already thought up new projects now that I know how easy it is. They can do anything. The plumbing and bathroom redo has truly changed our lives for the better. Thanks Frank, Josh and Chris. (And by the way, our dogs miss them and still look for them every morning. )

I have had Frank and his team do numerous home repair projects for me. His staff is courteous and always does a great job, PLUS and this is a BIG PLUS, when they finish they clean up the work site. They show up on time and always have completed the work in a satisfactory manner. They answer any and all questions. Frank does a great job of explaining the work that needs to be done as well as the projected time to finish.
In addition, I have recommended them to my clients and friends on several occasions and they give excellent feedback about the work Frank and his team does.
