Carpet One and Thompson Commercial Flooring

Went well overall, friendly people and great to work with. Most of their installers were great. Was a bit higher priced than originally expected, but great work overall. Attention to details from the beginning is necessary as we had a couple surprises which we could have avoided had we prepared better.

We had Carpet One replace two hardwood floors and recarpetted our entire second floor. Fred went above and beyond be scoping out the products we were looking for even though they weren't items he normally stocked and his prices were in line with other estimates. He was also very accommodating in working with our tight timeline. Our house looks brand new.

I worked with Carpet One for my painting project. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also ordered flooring and an area rug through them. Both carpets were exactly what I wanted and of good quality.

At Classy Kitchen & Bath we have partnered with Carpet One Woodstock on many jobs together and have found their staff to be very professional, honest, price competitive and helpful when dealing with our clients. They have a great designer, Sheryl in the store to help our clients and first rate installers that seek to do the best job possible. Like ourselves, they treat the customers home as we would our own homes when we carry out a project.

We used Carpet one to install new carpet in the bedrooms of our home. One of the guys came to measure our rooms to make sure everything was accurate and on the day of installation, Doug, their install tech removed our old carpet and underpad, and installed our new. Doug was very courteous and worked non stop, like a dog despite it being almost 30 degrees upstairs (AC was broken). Our new carpet looks great and we enjoy spending floor time with our little guy in his room now playing with his trucks and blocks because of the quality of carpet and stellar installation. Doug made sure that everything was cleaned up and vacuumed and approved by us before he left. Great job.
