I'm writing my own review in the hope that it might help those of you who are considering doing business with Ken. First, he is exceptionally responsive and kept me apprised of the status of my order throughout manufacturing and shipping, even sending pictures of the doors as they were being manufactured and shipped. He helped me locate a local contractor for installation and followed up with them. The quality of the finished product far exceeded what I had anticipated. We purchased French-style doors to replace our existing garage doors. Company re-framed the dog eared openings, installed the two doors, and installed my two new openers. Great job. Great looks. Really dresses up the house!
