ACS built a kitchenette in our basement, that included new cabinets; granite countertop; and install of sink with sump pump. Kitchen came out great! Gary and his crew were top notch in their service and were very respectful. Aside from the work itself, a great contractor, to me, is one who is trustworthy and who provides great customer service. Gary epitomizes both. He is not a contractor who will disappear on you once he has your money; and once the work is done. He has responded, in a timely manner, when we had questions and needed some "tweaks" done. Very pleased customer.

My 1941 house was in dire need of new siding. ACS gave me price within my budget and did a great job on the project. I would (will) hire them again when I have another project.

Gary and his team were wonderful to work with! They were punctual, friendly, professional, and executed top quality work on a short timeline. Very reasonably priced and respectful of budget, we trusted Gary from the start. We've got a list of other projects for the house to get done at a later date, and Gary is at the top of our list!

Gary and his crew at ACS did a wonderful job on our dining room addition. From the beginning, we knew Gary was our guy. He listened to the vision for the dining space and provided suggestions that we had not thought of. He also set up proper timining expectations and had great suggestions to keep us at budget. Gary at ACS is a total gem and so professional. He worked with us on a cost estimate for our renovation project, the market condition did not allow us to go forward, but throughout the bid process Gary educated us on options, worked to answer questions and provide bid info very quickly but with attention to detail; and he really communicated a deep interest in assuring we got the most for our money while wanting to make sure we were pleased with the end product. He was excellent and I only deducted a star because we were not able to move forward so our experience with him was limited to one project phase. I highly recommend considering him and ACS for your project!

We utilized ACS for a complete remodel for our partially finished basement - our first time going through a home remodel. With two young children, we found that Gary and his team were very flexible and accommodating to us and our needs for the project. I recently purchased my first house and needed a fairly large renovation on a fairly small house. Gary and his team were able to complete an amazing amount of work on a timeline even with the discovery and replacement of rotten floor joists. They were great at troubleshooting issues within my budget and understanding of my budget and time restrictions. I could not be happier with the finished product. The work ethic and professionalism of the whole crew was outstanding. Gary is very easy to work with and great at coming up with ideas for every budget. I will definitely contact Gary and the team again if I need any work in the future.

We found Gary Gutierrez to be the consummate professional. He provided estimates for two potential jobs. He explained clearly what would be involved, what permits would be necessary, and how long he estimated the job to take. He provided a detailed estimate of costs within 24 hours and checked to see if he had covered everything we had discussed and agreed upon.His estimates were very fair. Due to other circumstances we were unable to move forward. However, we would hire Gary in a heartbeat when we are in a position to do so. He is very knowledgeable and his ethics are first class!

We live in a 100+ year old house on Queen Anne. The ACS team did a complete "gut out" and renovation. They were very careful in the removal of all the original woodwork which was very important to us because most of it was going right back in! There were definitely some unexpected problems and issues but we felt very confident that they were reasonable and the contractor did a great job in explaining all of the options. The crew was very respectful and polite to the neighbors/neighborhood during the whole process. All work order changes were also carefully explained for cost and time delays…sometimes what you plan and the outcome just aren't what you want and you want to change them!!! We actually had the ACS team come back after the major renovation for a basement finish and bathroom refinish.
