We chose Glassar Projects on the recommendation of a friend and are very glad that we did. The job involved extending an integral garage at the back of the house, using half of it as a kitchen and knocking through from the original kitchen. The end result was a much bigger kitchen and dining area. Chris and Carl are a pleasure to work with, are flexible to changing requirements, and their standard of workmanship is first class. When they use other tradesmen, their standards are also high and come and go without any bother. Glassar took the whole job through from digging the foundations, pulling in roofers and bricklayers etc, fitting windows and doors, ripping out old kitchen and replacing, and finishing with lighting, skirting board etc. We are very happy with the end result, so much so that we asked them to build a proper brick porch on the front of the house. Their charges are reasonable, with any changes from the quotation being explained properly, and their staged payment system works well and is fair to both parties. We can thoroughly recommend Glassar Projects for your small to medium sized building projects.

Chris and Carl completed our extension and renovation project last week. I couldn't be happier with the standard of their work and their "can do" attitude. They made helpful suggestions, listened to what we wanted and just got on with it. They did a great job of cleaning up and finishing off afterwards and the end result is stunning. Can't recommend them highly enough!

It was great to have a company that just got on with the job of extending my house, who listened to my ideas, made suggestions when appropriate, then efficiently and quietly just got on with the job! I was so impressed with their work that I also got them to do other things around the house too. I have recommended this company to all my friends, who are as happy as I am with the standard of their work at a very fair price.

I had an old fireplace in a spare bedroom boarded up and skimmed by Glassar projects who provided a perfect finish to a pretty difficult job. Could not be happier with the result! Thank you

Mr Glassar is professional, polite and no job is too small - he came to do one thing and then helped with lots!!! That is the type of workman I want in my house and I would deffo get this firm again! Excellent 10 out of 10
