We contracted GNL to do a granite countertop installation. Every aspect of the project was handled in the most courteous and professional manner, with plenty of communication at every step. The installers did a beautiful job, and I got a call from the office the very next day to make sure that I was happy with the results...It simply could not have gone any better!

Jimmy, salesperson, did a good job of presenting the different types of granite & the price was right. Justin, template person amazed me when he did the final layout. The installers were fabulous.. They worked together & each person knew & did what he was supposed to do. They did the install very professionally. Job looks Great. This all took place from order, 9/26/2018 to finish 10/5 /2018. Contracted thru Lowe’s for granite kitchen counter tops. The folks in the office were very helpful and professional as were the installers. Had two reps measure ; Justin was very good but Troy was not very customer oriented and very difficult to deal with. I recommend GNL but would not want Troy to do the measurements.

My wife and I received quotes from at least 10 granite dealers, and made visits to 5. Among those, GNL offered great selection, a promise of professionalism and had the lowest quote. Gaby was a pleasure to deal with and remained patient to answer all my questions and email inquiries - and I had a lot. True to their word they showed up on schedule for the measurement and delivered our chosen stone when promised. The installation went smooth - even after the fact. It took us a couple of days to notice one of the counter sections was cut too wide. I contacted Gaby and within a few days they had someone come out, cut and finish the granite correctly, and everything looked beautiful. GNL stood behind their reputation and we could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Professional experience from start to finish. Our salesperson Gabi was very helpful in selection of granite, to coordinating measuring, cutting and installation. We have 98 sq. ft. of counter top in our outdoor kitchen with several cut outs for appliances. Everything happened How and when it was supposed to.

After my husband and I went to three different places searching for our granite countertops, we arrived at GNL's place. It was amazing to us that they had so many beautiful stone slabs to choose, more than the other places we went to. GNL has a very professional team, beginning with the owner, who is an excellent explainer. Other excellent staff includes the very helpful sales lady, the gentlemen who came to the house for rough measurements to use in the cost estimate and later to use the laser to draw the template, and finally the meticulous installers. At first we were concerned about how they would install the sinks because we use one big sink with no divider. We worried about having a big pot of boiled crawfish in the sink, and whether it would hold the weight. Ney, the owner, came to show us how the sink would be supported. He listened to our concerns and by the time we were leaving his office we were confident that we would have excellent quality countertops at an affordable price. Within a week all our beautiful countertops were installed. The installers were very professional, and by the time they finished we had our new, clean, shiny countertops. They make the house look very classy, with higher value. I wish We had found GNL sooner, so we could have enjoyed the beautiful countertops years earlier. Thank you Ney, and your team. Just wanted management to know that we are pleased with the granite counter tops installed last week and the granite matched the sample we had. The installers were on time, friendly, and very professional. Sometimes it is very difficult to get quality work done, but I would grade G.N.L. as a 99.9% as the best. GNL Granite Design from start to finish of our kitchen renovation were professional over the phone and during our visit with them to choose the granite we wanted. Their professionalism shows in the installation of our granite cabinet top~they are beautiful and flawless. They measured our cabinets with a tape measure, then for exact precision with a laser camera/ computer. Our friends and family are in awe of how beautiful our granite countertops are. ******. We give GNL a 6 Stars rating. 5 stars were not high enough. GNL Team thanks a Million!!!

My wife selected the Lunar Pearl granite for our new kitchen. The work was beautifully done and my wife shows it off to everyone she knows. Everyone loves it and can't keep their hands off the granite. The installers gave my wife instructions on how to keep it clean and sanitized. It was well worth the money and we are extremely pleased with the results. And when my wife is happy, I'm happy. I highly recommend them for any kind of granite work.
