I interviewed 5 builders before selecting Jason at Gonterman construction. My project was a Luxury house in the City of Newport Beach. One of the main reasons that I selected Gonterman was the quality of his homes. There are so many ways to short cut costs and use under quality materials. Jason only uses top quality sub contractors and materials. If they did not get it right Jason would deal with them until it was acceptable to his standards. Jason was at the project daily and guided me through the entire process. The end result was he built me a dream home that our family will enjoy for many years to come. I would recommend and refer Gonterman Custom Homes to anyone who is thinking about building a custom home.

Working with Gonterman Construction has always been a pleasure. Jason and his team are very knowledgeable and always prompt to respond to all correspondence. They always listen to the client and promote open communication. We love working with them because they have a great attitude and are always willing to go the extra mile for the clients while always keeping a team-oriented attitude, which is a key element when choosing a builder/team as it leads to a successful project. Additionally, Jason always hand-selects his vendors carefully and ensures the match is beneficial for the client, the budget, and the construction timeline (Bonus Points!)

We are delighted to provide a strong endorsement for Gonterman Construction. We had to build our house from a far so the need for us to find a builder who watched our for our interest and stood behind his work was paramount. We are pleased to say that Jason was that builder. We are generally viewed as quite discerning so we don’t freely provide a good review unless it’s earned/ warranted. The progress and quality of the job was truly outstanding. We are pleased to have selected Gonterman Construction for our project. We have a few minor punch-list items remaining but are confident those will be get closed out in a timely manner.
