We had a first level laundry room and half bath renovated earlier this year in April, 2019. We were very pleased with the process. I am thrilled with my white laundry room cabinets from River Run cabinetry and really like my new closet organizer and shuttered doors for the room. All of the trades used were very professional and completed their tasks quickly and efficiently. I was 100 percent pleased with the process.

Kelly and Melissa (the owners) are very kind and knowledgeable people who walked us through the building process from start to finish. From multiple revisions of the initial plans and layouts to meticulous attention to the finishing details at our final walk through, they worked with us to make our dream home a reality. When problems came up along the way (as with all building projects), they worked with us to find solutions that we were content with. Crystal, the office manager, is super easy to work with, and Melissa, the interior designer, had excellent ideas to make our home unique and true to the craftsmen style we had envisioned. The trim subcontractors from J. Cook Construction were absolutely phenomenal and I could not be more thrilled with our built-ins and beautiful trim details that give our home character. Even after we moved into our home, Greystone Homes has continued to help us with various little projects that we needed help with.

The team at Greystone are a great set of people to work with. We collaborated on the overall design until we came up with an agreed specification. After setting up the project and price its very easy to meet or beat your allowances, which are set at a very realistic level. If you are thinking about building, I would highly recommend talking to them.

Working with EVERYONE at Greystone was extremely easy, Kelly & Melissa Wall had great ideas & suggestions from designing to finishes. Crystal, office manager, always found answers to questions we had about the process and what was next. Rob, cabinet expert, helped me with all the changes I made, many times, and always with a smile. Rich, the project supervisor, worked tirelessly numerous evenings to finish things on time. We would recommend Greystone to anyone contemplating building a new home, they treated us like family. The quality of our finished home was exceptional.

We have an old farmhouse that needed updating but did not need to be modernized. The project planner at Greystone was able to assist in coming up with a design that didn't take away from the farmhouse feel but did transform the kitchen, dining room and sun room into areas that are warm, inviting and charming. They were professional and knowledgeable in every aspect and very easy to approach when I had questions about the project. The builders who work for Greystone were respectful and very conscientious about their work quality. The final product is more than I could have imagined and is so beautiful. I would not hesitate to hire Greystone Homes for future projects.

Enjoyed working with Kelly while designing the kitchen and master bathroom for the Glackin residence. Micheal and Jennifer were wonderful to work with too as we had a chance to do some wonderful custom work through our shop as well in creating the custom hood in the kitchen, custom storage in the laundry room and creating the master bathroom from ideas that Jennifer had brought in. Kelly and his staff did a great job in helping us design, plan and build our home. Kelly was very patient with us during the design phase and provided many helpful suggestions regarding the layout, energy efficiency, and construction techniques. He is very knowledgeable. The project generally moved along as planned. Delays were caused by some vandalism and extra work needed to deal with a ground water issue. Melissa Wall assisted Gwen with the interior design selections and was very helpful, knowledgeable on what was available, websites to view, etc. She made Gwen's efforts much easier. The office staff at Greystone were great at communicating with us regarding project status, decisions needed, and other issues. Crystal Corbat did a great job keeping us informed about the project and helping us through the project. The house looks great. The only legitimate complaint is that the basement is too far into the ground so that we have an ongoing maintenance issue with the drainage tile. This is probably partially the fault of the excavator. In the end, we would select Greystone to build our house if we had to do it allover again.

The reason I hired and the trusted Greystone Homes was they listened to me and wife on all our requirements and delivered on all the fronts . Greystone homes helped us from step one of selecting the lot , coordinating the bank loan to taking care of every little need we had during the construction phase. They Guided us through the difficult part of making choices but at the same time keeping us under budget. It was a trust greatly rewarded as they delivered on time with a great home.

We have worked with Greystone Builders for many years as both a provider of materials and a tile installer on some of their projects. They are very well organized and a pleasure to work with as a sub-contractor. We would highly recommend them for either a new construction or a remodeling project.

One of the hardest things about building a custom home is choosing the finish materials. Greystone does an excellent job of streamlining this process for their clients, through their Showroom and Interior Design Services. It is rare for a custom home builder to be able to offer these services, but what a tremendous value add for the home owner in both time invested and the cohesive quality of the finished product. I had the opportunity to tour two of their homes and their latest subdivision, Alder Woods. I was impressed with the level of detail, care and concern that goes into all of their projects.
