Robert Hanna was totally hands on during the whole project. I decided not to use a decorator, so I relied on his knowledge quite a bit..He works with the best vendors and knows all the best places to find what your looking for. Completely up to date with the latest home trends too. He is not the least expensive but he is QUALITY. He is not satisfied until the work is completed perfectly. The whole team is A+. I would recommend him 100%... And PS, this is it my first experience with builders.

The majority of the seven month major remodeling project the folks at Robelen Hanna handled the challenges and only involved me to ensure they understood what I wanted. Those few other issues which arose, once Robelen Hanna understood what my concerns were they quickly took charge and insulated me from the discussions with sub-contractors. They handled it until I (or my wife) was happy. The communications from Robelen Hanna was outstanding. Weekly written reports and photos were provided and they talked to me on the phone or in person whenever it was requested by either party. No surprises, no nickel and diming --- just high quality performance. It was a very pleasant experience from the start to the end. I will go back to Robelen Hanna for my next project.
