Hard Rock did fantastic work replacing the counters and back splash in our kitchen and counters in the master bathroom. They were communicative, easy to work with, provided a detailed estimate that they held to throughout, and most importantly provided wonderful work. Our counters had a single seam but you can barely tell where it is even if you know. I will definitely go with Hard Rock again if we need counter work done in the future.

Overall I was very pleased with the work that was done. The countertops came out really nice. The owner of the company is very knowledgeable and professional and delivered the job as promised. I am docking a star because the workers were late and were a little bit on the messy side. Most all of the cutting was done inside the house which left a horrible white residue all over everything. It took several weeks to get that out of the house. I was surprised that they did not use plastic to isolate their work areas. The pricing seemed reasonable for the quality of the work but there are cheaper options out there. The workers that did our job bid the neighbors house behind me for a much cheaper price. They did their whole house with the same granite (including their bathrooms) for less than the cost of my kitchen and laundry room. In the end I was happy with the job so I can’t fault this company too much for that.

We would like to apologize for being late, hopefully the office called to inform you the crew was running a little late. If not, my apologies that we dropped the ball on that, we always try to give notice if we are running late! A lot of the trim-cutting on your job had to be done in the house due to the intricacy of some of the cuts. The cooktop almost always must be cut inside, but the crew always tries to hold a vacuum hose right at the saw to catch as much dust as possible. If our crew bid a job at your neighbors house, it was outside of our shop and/or sales staff and we were unaware of that, but we certainly will look into it. We always give the most fair price as possible to the scope of the work. We are glad to hear you were happy with the job & thank you for the review. It's always good to hear where & how we can improve. You were a very pleasant customer to work with & we hope you will return to us with any future projects we can help with!

I met Thom when I was shopping for granite for my kitchen update. He and Sue are delightful, knowledgeable, show great attention to detail and were very patient when we encountered a supplier delay with the backsplash stone. The project was completed on time and within budget and the work place was clean and neat at the end of each work day. The installer is creative and added custom touches. The quality of the work is excellent. I hired them in 2017 to update my master bathroom and they did another excellent job.

Excellent! Quality work. Our project started on time and finished on time. The owner and his wife were awesome. I love my new kitchen counter top and my 3 bathroom counter tops.

I contacted 4-5 companies to get a ballpark estimate of how much it would cost me to update my kitchen with new granite countertops and tile backsplashes. Even before he came out to measure my kitchen and bid on my project, I could tell just from talking with Thom McClinton that he was a real "stone" man who took quite a bit of time to educate me about my options and the pros & cons of each. His bid wasn't the highest or the lowest but after talking with him in my home, I knew he was the man I could trust to handle my project. It was only after I hired him that I found out he wasn't just a sales rep; he was the owner of the company. We went together to one of the big warehouses on "granite row" and he helped me pick out the granite and tile to put in my kitchen. The personal service & the end result exceeded my expectations. Next up, Thom is "the man" who's going to be my guide to update my master bathroom. I highly recommend him & Hard Rock & Tile for any & all of your stone work projects.

Installed new granite countertops and stone backsplash in our kitchen. Very helpful in picking the right stone, took us to several places to look at slabs and helped us decide based on the wood and light in our kitchen. Everything was scheduled according to our availability. They always showed up on schedule. The installation was perfect. Looks awesome!
