I'm remodeling my house this winter and was looking for new lighting for the whole house and new fixtures for my 3 bathrooms. The store was very nice and I'm sure I would of been able to find everything I was looking for. The customer service was horable. The sales girl was very rude and impatient. It was a short girl with blond hair, I beleive her name was Moniquea. When I would ask questions she acted like I was inconveniencing her. Needless to say I left and will be spending money else where. Which is a shame for the store because they would of gotten my business had it not been for her. I was ready to spend a lot of money in the store, but not if I'm going to be treated so rudely.

Love this place! So many beautiful and unique things here. I had been looking for months for the perfect Chandelier for my master bedroom and found it here. Be sure to take a number as soon as you arrive so that you can get the individualized attention they offer. Visiting Heralds is a must if you're updating or renovating!
