Alluring Pools and Improvements

If you are looking to build a pool in Arizona you need to speak with Ed Long, owner of Alluring Pools. We met with several pool builders and Ed was the most responsive, reasonably priced, and informative. When we decided to move forward with the pool Ed explained the process and set our expectations. He was onsite and had oversight at every step of the project. He was very detail oriented, knowledgeable and had great communication. He even completed our pool ahead of schedule. Even though the project was completed we remain in contact with him regarding pool maintenance and upkeep. He is truly a great person to work with.

My wife and I are thrilled with our new pool built by Alluring Pools. Before we built the pool I checked out several pool websites. I liked that Ed Long, owner of Alluring Pools, advertised that he was personally involved in all phases of the building process from beginning to end and that he was easily accessible almost any time. We met several times to work out a design unique to our back yard. Since our backyard was already finished, Ed worked with us to keep as much of it intact as possible. We also wanted to our pool to have a salt system, in-ground cleaning and automated controls which could be used from our phones or i-pad. After we signed on the dotted line, every process moved forward like clockwork, with sub-contractors showing up in the time framework expected and doing their jobs well. Ed was on site numerous times (we know that because we have cameras outside all around the house), not only supervising the overall process but doing many things himself. We were pleased that filling the pool began almost 6 weeks to the day after the start of the dig. We had a significant amount of travertine decking installed on our patio and around the pool, and this was completed in a reasonable amount of time, as well. The entire pool project went without a hitch and we have a back yard that is beautiful and enjoyable. Ed met with us again at the very end, going over everything related to the operation of the pool. He also assured us we can contact him anytime if we have questions. Ed was there every step and followed ip on the entire process from marking the dig to 1 month after completion checking pool chemical levels and training how to care for your pool. It came out better then expected and very fast. Thanks I recommend them highley to do your pool!

Working with Ed in his capacity as a site superintendent (installation management) was a great experience!!
