Hilary Jane’s Blinds and Curtains is an independent Interiors Business. A one stop business, from measuring, making, supplying and installing. We have our own workroom offering handmade, bespoke, made-to-measure Curtains, blinds and soft furnishings we also offer an alterations service. We are based in the beautiful and historic Cinque Port of Sandwich, Nr. Deal in Kent. We visit and take all measurements, Supply and fit Tracks and Poles for those tricky windows. And can discuss the best solution for these. Use quality products , we can help you achieve that elegant and stunning look. Our website can help guide you in your choice, but feel free to call us on 07711 990631 to discuss your requirement. We would normally provide a written quotation following a visit to your home. We can travel throughout South East Kent and (some) London areas (including; Whitstable, Hernebay, Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate, Cliftonville, Deal, Kingsdown, Wingham, Canterbury, Dover.

Hilary measured up, made and then hung 2 sets of curtains and 2 Roman blinds. Great service from start to finish, big range of fabrics to choose from, good advice from Hilary and a top quality end result at a reasonable price. Would definitely ask Hilary to make more curtains for us and would recommend to others.

I gave Hilary a horrendous job of making curtains for a triangle window! After a few visits/measuring appointments, the end result was fantastic. Its been a pleasure to work with Hilary, and we will certainly be using her again (even if she doesn't want to!!!! hahahah). The other owners of our holiday home have seen what Hilary has created for us, and now they all want them, so get ready for some more dodgy curtain making Hilary!! Thank you for all your hard work, and the result.x

Hilary Jane blinds are superb and I would not go to anyone else. She took so much care with the last set that were very unusual and tricky but the finished blinds are magical. She is also a lovely person to deal with. Extremely professional on all accounts.

I recently had curtains made for the bay window in my lounge. Hilary was helpful and informative and gave me lots of really useful advice. Her attention to detail was fantastic. Result, a stunning pair of curtains to perfectly fit my 1930’s bay window. Couldn’t be more pleased, and have had lots of compliments from friends and neighbours as they look so lovely. Will be getting more curtains from Hilary shortly.

We have recently had lounge curtains and voiles made and installed by Hilary Jane. From first contact, the whole experience has been a pleasure. We asked for advice and were given it, but at no time felt pressurised to accept it; Hilary Jane was so accommodating with our indecision, and as a result we now have stunning curtains, which we love. Valuable suggestions of things we hadn't thought of were made, and we have been delighted with the whole experience. Lovely lady to have around, I won't bother looking anywhere else in the future. I asked Hilary to make a cushion for a window seat in my bay window. She has done a fantastic job, and I couldn't be more pleased. Great service, will definitely use again in the future for any soft furnishings etc.

Hilary did a fantastic job of resizing and relining two sets of existing curtains to fit my current windows. She took care of everything - from visiting and advising, to providing a fitter to replace the curtain pole, shortening and relining one set of curtains, adding fabric width and relining the other, and returning to hang the curtains and ensure they looked beautiful. Hilary provided a really excellent, friendly, fast and professional service and I highly recommend her. Jane Gilbert

Hilary's service is outstanding, and we cannot praise her enough. We moved into a large house in Kent two years ago, in the middle of winter which had with all of the curtains/poles etc removed. Within days, Hilary had sorted our essentials, altering curtains from our previous home, making new ones, supplying blinds and lampshades and offered an extremely professional service at a very reasonable cost. Over this last two years, we have added new requests to her, and have always had an excellent service. We have been delighted with how Hilary transformed our home!

It has been such a pleasure to have received a great service from Hilary Jane Blinds. Working remotely, Hilary has provided me with all the advice we required in order to purchase the curtain poles we needed for a troublesome window. Without her professional help, we really wh old have been stuck. We are now looking forward to the curtains arriving that she has also planned for us. I found Hilary Jane on the internet - one of my best internet finds. I needed some blinds for bedroom windows made in very short order. Hilary could not have been more accommodating: - coming to the house to measure up; advising on the amount of material required and, most importantly of all, producing (and arranging the fitting of) the blinds within my deadline. Hilary's work is of a very high standard and she takes great pride in her workmanship. Since the initial "blind panic", I have asked Hilary to make roman blinds for the bay window in my living room and further blinds are in the pipeline. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hilary. The project date and costs given are for the first set of blinds, as our project to complete blinds for all of the house is ongoing
