When the tenders came back HBA analysed them all for us and made recommendations as to what we should change and adapt to suit our final budget. HBA’s negotiating skills really helped us get a good final price with lots of inclusions in the home. We were able to visit suppliers, nominate materials and get the benefit of the suppliers trade pricing for our choices. Many thanks Home Builders Advantage!

Our initial concept was listened to and a draft design created by the designers at HBA. On version one we knew that we were going to be impressed because that first concept really did reflect what we wanted. On top of that Richard the Design manager at HBA prompted us to look at where to put rooms to get the best out of the design in terms of layout and comfort for our family. The resulting design meets our needs exactly, there isn’t a single part of it that we want to change. Thank you HBA.
