This was a second time I hired Cisco and his team to work on my flat. This time they installed a new kitchen including re-wiring the electrics, new plumbing and building a new wall. The work was carried out to the highest standards with incredible attention to detail. Communication with Cisco is easy, he is friendly and trustworthy and always kept me up to date with how the job was progressing. I would definitely recommend him.

Cisco of Ika Refurbishment did an excellent job of painting the exterior of my bungalow. When painting the rendering, he repaired any previously damaged areas to the render. When undercoating and gloss painting timber soffits he replaced timber that had gone rotten over the years. He took off the gutters and washed them thoroughly inside and out before painting the fascia behind them. His exterior gloss painting of all wood including several doors was brilliant as was his preparation and gloss painting of a large metal fence and balustrade. Cisco is very punctual and pleasant, does the work on time and to the agreed price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Cisco did a wonderful job for us. He has decorated two bedrooms and hallway stairs and landing as well all the woodwork He also changed numerous doors . HIs work is top quality and he is honest , friendly and reliable . I would highly recommend Ika refurbishment for excellent value and someone you can rely on for a fantastic job done on time.

Of all the people we contacted for quotes, Cisco was only one of 2 to show up and we knew straight away he was the man for the job. He is friendly, punctual, competent, thorough, trustworthy and above all has brilliant attention to the smallest detail. If you're not sure what you want he has great ideas and forward thinking vision. I watched him decorating and was fascinated by the level of skill he has accumulated. We have used him on 2 different projects now and we wouldn't consider using anyone else. More than that though we've made a great friend.
