We have worked with Inouye Design for over twenty years and had nothing but positive experiences. In an industry where it is easy to just push out another cookie cutter house Plan with minor alterations, Inouye takes the time to put artistry and a unique feel to each home they produce. They extra time to educate theirs clients and always do their best to help them avoid unforseen costs when it comes time to actually build what has been designed. I have brought many of many of my personal friends to Inouye and have always received positive feedback.

Use Inouye design if you want your "custom" home plan reused or sold. Since we paid Aaron to design our plans, a local builder had our exact home advertised as "to be built" on the local MLS. This was within 90 days of finalizing our plans. Aaron initially denied it but later admitted it. Our home build price ended up costing double what we told them our budget was.

As an Interior Designer in Utah, I am always pleased to work on a home with a floor plan designed by Aaron Inouye! Aaron Inouye is fantastic! He designed our home's exterior remodel ten years ago and our interior remodel last year. This place was a 10,000 sq ft dog (not kidding), which he redesigned into a functional, light-filled, gorgeous home, without even changing any exterior walls. My husband and I can't believe it's the same place, and that Aaron managed to effect such dramatic change within the constraints of a relatively modest budget. We decided rather suddenly to begin the project, and Aaron was quick and responsive. He met with me, in my home, over a couple days and within a week had a beautiful plan printed out. Subsequently, he made himself available for questions and changes. He was courteous and accommodated my fixed budget. Inouye design is fantastic. The designers are very professional and well educated. Our designer is considerate and incredibly easy to work with. When we tell him what we want added to our house plans, he designs something better than we had imagined ourselves. Our house plans are beautiful and we are excited to build our one-of-a kind home.

I have been a fan of Inouye Design for a long time since walking through a home several years back with a realtor. Unfortunately, that home was already under contract, but I was so pleased with the floor plan that I eventually sought out the designer. When I spoke with Aaron Inouye, he generously emailed me the plans without consideration of payment. Fast forward several years and much searching, and we finally found a lot to build our home on. Both my husband and I had walked through many, many homes and our minds and hearts were still set on the Inouye floor plan. Lucky for us, we had the chance to sit down with Aaron and customize every element of the home to our liking. He offered much sage advice and expertise that we incorporated in our plan. I sent over several photos of exterior elevations and to my happy surprise, the Inouye team was able to combine the many facets of various styles into a uniquely beautiful home that I will be thrilled to call mine. When we stopped by the office to make changes, Aaron and Tyler (architectural computer wiz extraordinaire) gave us their full attention and I was amazed to see Tyler's facility with the architectural software. He could literally make changes in a matter of seconds making it easy to visualize and make choices. I enjoyed working with the Inouye team and highly recommend their services.

I am currently working with Aaron on a home design. He has been outstanding. He is very easy to work with and entertains all ideas I bring to the table. I have given him pictures and my own drawings which he has taken and made into a functional floor plan that is beyond what I had envisioned myself. He has repeatedly come to Arizona from Utah on his own dime to ensure the planning process is going smoothly. Over all, my experience has been outstanding. I have been very pleased with the outcome.
