Interiors and Textiles made it possible for me to purchase and install beautiful natural wool carpet that was imported to Canada from New Zealand. Fred, at Interiors and Textiles, seamlessly facilitated the purchase and installation. The installer, Marvin, and his team took pride in installing the 1,000 plus sq.ft. of carpet- as well as two rooms of marmoleum flooring. Marvin went above and beyond to ensure that the carpet and marmoleum were installed in the best ways possible. I highly recommend Interiors and Textiles for an extensive variety of products, smooth transactions, and excellent installation.

Fred Wee and team has been amazing to work with. We chose to work with Fred to install a Forbo marmoleum sheet flooring throughout our entire house. He led us through the process, providing samples, giving us advice along the way, and his team installed the floor as the last part of our larger remodel project. The floors look amazing, and the installers did a great job. Fred is very communicative, patient, and reasonable. We are so happy we went with Fred and Interiors & Textiles, and we are already working with them for our next project installing shades in all our bedrooms. My flooring project started five years ago, as I searched high and low to replace my wall-to-wall (expensive but outdated) carpet that the previous owner had installed in my two-story home, which I loved for its plush but dense pile, but it was pink. I went to several big name stores with a sample of the existing carpet to see if anyone could help me find a match. No one had anything close to my existing carpet, or could even offer an educated guess as to who makes a similar carpet style. I found Fred through Houzz and brought him my sample and not only was he was able to identify it, but he had several options for carpets of similar style/make. Fred has deep expertise and he knows his product lines very well (far better than the other sales people I talked with at other stores, some of which actually carried the same line that Fred pointed me to, but apparently didn't know their own stock well enough to make the connection). I was considering a couple of carpets made by Fabrica, but couldn't find a color that seemed to work, and Fred was able to have Fabrica run some custom swatches for me. The custom swatches were great, but I ultimately couldn't settle on a single color that I thought would match both levels and the other finishes in my home, and after many months of time and effort, I abandoned the project. A few years later, after completing a remodel of my kitchen and bathrooms, I resumed the hunt for replacement carpet anew, with Fred providing his thoughtful advice and suggestions. We ultimately found the perfect match of carpet in style and color for upstairs (a tencel/wool blend by Rosecore) and I replaced the downstairs carpet with new hardwood floors (a beautiful Baltic Ash made by Fabrica), and both were installed last month. I would never have been able to find my perfect matches without Fred, and his willingness and patience to work with me to find something that satisfied all of my specific criteria. He was extremely helpful, never pushy, and I could trust his advice completely. And while I was working with him on my project, I referred a friend to Fred who was in the process of selling her home and needed new carpet, and his recommendations were spot on for her specific needs. She chose Fred's recommendation (a wool carpet that was actually cheaper than the synthetic options she was originally considering), and her carpet was installed a few months ago and looked luxurious and fabulous. I highly recommend Fred and Interiors&Textiles. The showroom isn't large, but it will have what you need (and if not, Fred can get it for you). It's easy to find someplace that sells flooring/carpet, but almost impossible to find someplace with someone who is truly knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. Fred is all of that, and also pleasant to work with, and he's a man of integrity. Remodeling is stressful, and having Fred as a partner/provider made the job so much easier and enjoyable. I look forward to working with him again!

Couldn't be happier with the custom shutters they installed in my son's room. They are perfect! The unusual design of the window made it hard to cover and Interiors and Textiles did it incredibly well.

Tom, at Interiors and Textiles, helped me choose the right insulating shades for my home. He was prompt for appointments and thorough in measureing and installing the shades. When a workman damaged one of the shades, Tom came right over, removed it, and sent it to the factory for repair. He was knowledable, respectful and very pleasant to work with.

We found this shop while looking for good quality carpeting. Fred was knowledgeable and had a great variety of products for us to choose from. He did what he promised when he promised it. He had to store our carpet for a few months while we were remodeling. We highly recommend this shop.

Fred was super helpful in recommending cork flooring for our new house. It looks great and is a creative alternative to wood floors.

We've worked with Interiors & Textiles for years on window coverings that are matched to our needs (light filtering, light blocking, energy savings, etc.) and have found them expert in getting it done and done right. I think I counted 22 different window coverings, all various Hunter Douglas styles (vertical, horizontal, skylights, etc.). Recently we added four new motorized shades that I&T installed (the skylight install was particularly challenging, and Fred Wee of I&T made sure it was perfectly). These worked out so well, we have started converting manual shades around the house to motorized, and Fred not only got the right materials, but also worked out the magic to get the "automations" and the remote controls set up just right. He coached me through how to change some things on my own when I wanted to add some remotes to the existing system, as well. We're looking at whole-house recarpeting, and we'll surely work with Interiors & Textiles, because of the quality of the advice, the installation, and the followup service/consulting.

We had our worn looking wood floors sanded and resealed by Interiors and Textlies. The results were wonderful! Scheduling was easy, and the work was completed ahead of time. The price was very reasonable.

I have made several purchases through Interiors and Textiles in Palo Alto. They always provide knowledgable and accommodating service. Because of the pandemic, the backorder from the manufacturer (Hunter Douglas) was quite lengthy. But we were given regular updates along with apologies for the factory delays (which were not the fault of Interiors and Textiles). I would definitely recommend this business for window treatments and floor coverings. Very happy with the final product and the excellent and competent installation.

Fred Wee was great to work with. We knew what we wanted Duette blinds on windows with a western exposure, but he helped us chose Solera blinds for windows with morning sun. We had never had blinds on these windows in the 30+ years we have lived in our house, but decided to take the plunge as the summers have gotten warmer. It took a while to get the blinds as Hunter-Douglas had supply and production problems in most of their factories this year due to COVID, but Fred kept us informed along the way. Much of the summer had passed by before the blinds were installed, but I can tell less heat comes through the windows when I lower the binds. We didn't consider other blinds since we have one Hunter-Douglas blind already. We were not disappointed in anything about the process and definitely recommend Fred Wee.

Fred was very helpful when we needed to replace a blind from the Silhouette family that is no longer made. Even though our job was a small one, Fred treated it as if it were very important to him: he offered us an appointment promptly, he measured professionally and accurately instead of using the previous measurements, his price was totally reasonable, and he helped us over the phone to install the new blind into the old hardware. He did not sell us what we did not need. His recommendation for what would be the best replacement was spot-on. Fred is a treasure. We recommend him highly.

I have nothing but great things to say about Interiors & Textiles and all of my interactions with Fred (the owner) and the installers. We'd been wanting to replace our carpet with hardwood floors for years and hesitated due to the time investment and hassle of not being able to move out our belongings beforehand. I had settled on an engineered hardwood floor (Kahrs) before talking to Fred, and within a few weeks, we were able to finalize the flooring style, schedule the work, and get everything fully installed. The work itself was done in almost exactly one work week where they arrived on a Monday morning and finished up the last transitions on Friday afternoon. The installers were very professional and accommodating when it came to doing the minimal amount of moving of furniture and possessions to keep the job moving. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone needing similar work done.

If i can give 5 minus star, i would. We hired this vendor on 7/4/20 to install Kahr HW floor at our house for $35,535 and paid $26,650 deposit. I repeated told the vendor we want the job to finish by 8/13/20 school starts and the vendor said no problem. The job started on 7/30/20 and come to an abrupt stop on 8/10/20 due to the vendor short order of all required materials *8 boxes of HW, 2 stair nose, 21 feet reducer, and 5 piece of T moldings). Keep in mind he came and did the measurement before the contract and guaranteed that he will order enough material, and also put in writing that the HW is in stock at the distributor and he can order and get it within 1 day. There was not enough wood to finish 2 landings and 4 flights of stairs. . The install restarted on 9/11/20 only to stop AGAIN when the installer notice the stairnoses color and texture do not match the HW floor that is specified in the contract. From this point on, the vendor agreed in writing there is a problem with the quality, but does nothing but blaming distributor and the 3rd party vendor they use to make the stairnose. and with no ETA nor alternative solution to resolve the issue. He refused to offer alternative solutions to fix the issue and said we can pay him off and go find someone else/pay others to finish the job. If you still want to go with them, make sure you stipulate end date in the contract for when he need to finish the job, make sure in contract do not pay him high deposit.

Nothing but the highest marks. We put new window coverings & shutters throughout our home and choose Hunter Douglas PowerView products. The sales reps at Interiors & Textiles were knowledgeable of the products ensuring we selected the best one for our application. The PowerView technology is awesome and these guys were exceptional supporting us after the install. Hunter Douglas might have a little more up front cost, but as they say you get what you pay for. Highly recommend Interiors & Textiles.

I recently purchased an area rug from Fred Wee, owner of Interiors & Textiles. After my search at home furnishings stores left me without the color that I wanted, I purchased a broadloom carpet and had it cut to size. Fred spent spent lots of time in his showroom showing options, then left me to leisurely look through samples. No pressure, no constant checking in, no one watching, just a chill atmosphere that makes one feel at ease. After ordering the carpet, Fred checked with both the manufacturer and local fabricator to obtain the best price to bind the carpet. Thank you, Fred! He also had great follow up skills, keeping me informed several times via email on delivery status. To top it off, he even delivered the carpet to my home! Who provides this kind of service today, especially for a relatively small sales order? Fred Wee! We are very pleased with our new wood flooring installed by Marvin and Alfred from Interiors and Textiles. Fred Wee provided expert help in the selection of our materials. The actual installation went smoothly. Marvin and Alfred arrived on time, worked a long day and cleaned up every day. They were professional, knowledgeable and good problem solvers. Their work is excellent and the floor looks beautiful. I would hire them again for other projects.

We had our second kitchen flood this past summer - suffice it to say, we were pretty familiar with the entire process in terms of dealing with insurance and finding vendors (again). We were not entirely impressed with our first floor vendor (salesperson was great but the contractors they used were not) so I was more careful this time around about which vendors we used. We have Lauzon solid hardwood & I stumbled upon Interiors & Textiles because it was listed as a preferred retailer on the Lauzon website. After some comparisons, we decided to move forward with Fred and I'm glad we did! From the beginning, Fred was very responsive and addressed all of our issues/concerns - especially relating to our subfloor & wood acclimation as they were not properly addressed when we replaced our floor 3 years ago. His install team (Marvin & Alfred) was awesome - very courteous and really took their time to make sure the job is done right! Afterwards, Fred took the time to follow-up and made sure we were satisfied with the project. I hope we never have to do this again (because it is NOT fun!) - but if we do, I definitely will have Fred take care of ALL of our flooring needs in the future!

We just completed the installation of hardwood floors in 5 rooms, plus a hallway, as part of a major remodel in our home. Interiors and Textiles was simply exemplary in every respect. They were extremely helpful in assisting us in making the proper decision on materials, price was competitive, and service and communication on all levels, simply excellent.. They were always on time, (actually earlier than committed on one phase of the job), workmanship was flawless, the installers were neat and tidy before, during and after each day of installation.. I've been wanting to install new hardwood floors for a couple years but was worried about finding a company I could trust and had experienced and professional installers. In addition, I did not use a professional decorator so was also concerned about my ability to pick out the appropriate material and color. This company was recommended to me by a former colleague who redecorates often so I had confidence that it was a company worth checking out. Fred is nothing but a professional, very patient, helpful and knowledgeable; and very willing to work with me through the education, selection and installation process. Since I don't expect to redo my floors again anytime soon, I was very concerned that the installation was done well. They certainly exceeded my expectations. The installers started on the day we had planned, completed the demolition in one day, covered all the kitchen cabinets and items on the walls with plastic to avoid the dust. The installers stayed on the job until the floor was completed (2 days) but cleaned up at the end of each day. In addition, their attention to detail was superb. They finished on time and within quote. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend the company highly. They were not the least expensive option but if the quality of the work is important, check them out.

I chose Interiors & Textiles for my family room wall-wall wool carpet after doing my own research online, and after visiting multiple showrooms. Fred and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me make an informed decision when choosing my carpet. His installers were experienced, courteous, clean, and they did such a great job, it is difficult to find the seam. Fred came during the installation - I found his quality of customer care to be excellent. I love my new carpet, and I will work with them again when I carpet other rooms.

I am happy to highly recommend Interiors & Textiles for helping me with two very difficult problems. The first was a couple of overhead skylight shades that had delimitated. After many calls to Hunter Douglas, the service company they recommended, and the original installer, I had gotten nowhere. Because they were close by, I called Interiors and Textiles and connected with Fred. Not only did Fred listen to my problem, he proposed a solution and followed through with with timely emails to the and Hunter Douglas. In the end, I got new skylight shades under warranty, thanks to Fred's help. I only paid to remove the old ones and install the new ones. My second problem was with a hardwood floor that had become so badly damaged by a leaking ice maker in the kitchen that I was tripping on the warped boards. That particular flooring was no longer manufactured, so trying to do repairs with the couple pieces that I had saved from the original installation was problematic. The original company that installed it wanted nothing to do with it. Another company said the entire floor (Kitchen, dining room, living room) would have to be taken up and redone, at great expense. However, Fred's floor technician said he could repair it with my small amount of existing material. This involved carefully removing custom cabinet baseboards, then integrating the new flooring into the existing damaged floor, preserving as much of the good pieces as possible. It the end, the floor was fixed at an affordable price and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Fred and the professionals that work with him.

We contracted with Interiors & Textiles for 3 projects: (1) replace carpeting upstairs and on the stairs; (2) replace carpeting with hardwood floors in one room and (3) Install blinds in our kitchen and family rooms. We worked with Fred who was awesome. He took a personal interest in our projects and kept us informed as to the status. The installers Interiors & Textiles sent were professional and efficient. His measurements were correct and we are well pleased with the results. He also did a follow-up after installation to make sure we programmed the blinds correctly and were satisfied. I've been putting off replacing living room carpet and kitchen flooring thinking it would be a time-consuming annoying project. My interior designer (Margo Deane) took me by the hand to Fred Wee and Interiors and Textiles and my worries evaporated. Fred has nearly every choice of materials you'd ever need, but he knows how to direct the customer to what they need. He sent me home with samples, choices (Marmoleum/kitchen, low pile Stainmaster carpet) were made to great satisfaction. The instillation was painless, his workers, Myron and Caleb, are talented pros. They leave everything spotless at job end (they even cleaned the back of the refrigerator!) You cannot see any seams. It was a faultless instillation and beautiful result. I highly recommend Interiors and Textiles.

Fred Wee really went out of his way to help us out installing new Hunter Douglas motorized honeycomb shades in three different bedrooms, to replace old ones. We had obtained a first quote by another reseller/store but the representative wasn't familiar with the inner workings of the PowerView product, Hunter Douglas' connected home product, which we wanted. Fred's cost was very close to that other store and he was a lot more helpful with PowerView, which can get complex to set up. Speaking of this, we particularly liked the fact Free showed up in person during the installation of our shades. It was reassuring to have the owner on-site so he could ensure installation was top-notch. He also spent a lot of time explaining how PowerView worked, and set it up for us. We had an issue with a shade power cord that was too short but Fred had it shipped directly to us no questions asked, as well as an additional remote we decided to get at the last minute. Overall we had a great experience with Interior & Textiles and we feel confident they'll have our back if something goes wrong with our shades in the future, as Fred was always super responsive via email or phone. Love our shades! Fred is super knowledgeable, and he helped us explore different options for covering some non-standard windows in our Eichler. He and his staff were also patient and accommodating while we made up our minds about fabric and other options. We have a few more windows to cover, and we will definitely use Interiors & Textiles again.

To put it simply, Fred and his team offer the best customer service. In my home improvement project, I've run into numerous headaches with other unreliable vendors. But my experience with Interiors & Textiles has been top notch. The folks there are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Fred responds immediately to my emails and texts even during non-business hours. The installers were courteous and respectful of my house, cleaning up thoroughly after job was done. It wasn't all smooth sailing. I had a few defective shades. But Fred made sure the manufacturer replaced them. Even a large shade that was functionally fine, but had a relatively minor cosmetic defect, Fred had replaced at no cost to me. During the whole process, I always felt that the I&T team was on my side, committed to making sure I got the result I wanted. I highly recommend I&T. I'll definitely be going back to them for any future projects. You should too.

I had quotes from three local (Palo Alto) window covering companies and hands down Fred Wee was the most knowledgeable, responsive, and professional vendor I have ever had the great pleasure to engage. Fred was always prompt and gave excellent advice and guidance regarding which coverings would work best for an expansive set of 18 windows in a massive gathering space for our school. We went with double roller shades and they are absolutely perfect for the space – quality product, quality service, quality installation, quality follow-through and competitive pricing! I’ve worked with commercial and residential vendors for over 20 years and Interiors & Textiles – owned and operated by Fred Wee - is without a doubt the best there is.

I contacted Interiors & Textiles because I had a good experience with choosing and installing carpet and blinds several years ago as part of a larger remodel. This time I wanted to replace my flooring and wanted a showroom where I could see the floors and have them installed. I had a terrific experience with Fred Wee, the owner, as well as the flooring crew he had install my floors. Fred was super responsive, texting me updates and getting me a bid very quickly. The floors arrived within a week and were installed within just a few weeks - incredible - with no corners cut. Fred suggested new baseboards and even sourced them for me. The crew did an incredibly professional job putting in our Du Chateau floors and leaving a clean space behind, and also getting creative to match our new baseboards to existing trim. We couldn't be happier with the result and would absolutely recommend them with the highest rating!

We recently updated our carpeting, wood flooring and window coverings, all way overdue. After visiting several companies and showrooms, we chose Interiors and Textiles for three main reasons. First, Fred, the owner, is very knowledgeable about all the products and was a great help in making our choices. Second the products were high quality. All products were delivered and installed on time, and the service we received was exceptional. I needed to replace my two Hunter Douglas bedroom drapes after about 12 years. The first quote seemed high to me so I went to Fred for a second quote. He recommended a horizontal style of drapes for the smaller second window which ended up saving me about $400 and frankly look better than the vertical blinds the first store recommended. Now that both drapes are installed I am very happy. H&D makes great but pricey drapes. Installation only took about 1 hour. Fred is a good businessman and I felt I got both great service and a good price. Highly recommended.

Fred worked with me to come up with the best carpet given our budget, etc., and then was able to schedule the installation soon thereafter. His installation team did a great job on the finished product. There were some "ramping" issues transitioning from some tile and hardwood to the carpet, and they did a great job developing practical solutions. I can't say enough nice things about Interiors and Textiles on this installation. I would strongly recommend Fred and his team to others.

Last year, we were refreshing a couple of bedrooms after our now young adult kids moved out (for the last time, we hope ;-) and were looking for window shades as well as a new carpet for one of the rooms. Fred Wee at I&T was very helpful and we chose beautiful Hunter Douglas Silhouettes and Duettes for the windows. They are not inexpensive, but Fred was sensitive to this and helped us with rebates. He also let us know there was a soon-to expire special sale on the cordless options and fast-tracked our order so we could take full advantage of it. He also helped us select a lovely Karastan carpet, also helping us with a sale. We were and still are delighted with the results. Fred's advice was spot on, he was timely and professional in his communications, flexible and accomodating around scheduling and his crews did a great job with the installations. I have recommended Interiors & Textiles to friends and would use them again without hesitation if needed.

I purchased six Hunter Douglas window treatments from Interiors and Textiles. Their designer, Shari, is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent expertise in ensuring the right materials and shade types were selected for my home. This included an in-home consultation, which was quite helpful in getting her eye on my furnishings and color scheme. I'm giving four stars instead of five as it required significant follow-up to schedule installation. Part of this is due to the products being custom made, but even after this was confirmed it was still a challenge to get on calendar. This won't be an issue if you're not in a rush. Also their assistant was a bit curt. I think bolstering their administrative team could help with all of this, but altogether the expertise and products offered by this establishment are great. I will be a return customer should needs arise in the future.

Interiors & Textiles provided window shade consultation and installation for our remodel. They came to our house to measure and discuss various mounting and shade options, and then we finalized the styles and colors at their showroom. In total, they customized and installed seven new shades and replaced two existing shades, all from the Hunter Douglas honeycomb family. We were thrilled with the results!

Recently purchased carpet from Home Depot, but their installer did not have the skills or knowledge to complete an eight foot carpet edge transition onto tile flooring and left with this part of the job unfinished. After no resolution from Home Depot, I spoke with Fred Wee of Interiors & Textiles Corp. I am very pleased with the work the installer from Interiors & Textiles did finishing the work that Home Depot left unfinished. Home Depot is not the way to get the best quality in product or service.

When I was looking for real cork flooring, I had a vague idea of what I was looking for. I googled cork which said I could find it at Interior and Textiles (and, bonus, they weren't very far from my home). I went in and Fred Wee helped me check out their collection. Turns out we were active in the same professional organization, ASID, as well, so that was serendipity. Anyway, I had seen at another store cork that looked more like "planks", and it took a while to figure out I didn't really want it to look like wood (they have that, too), but we found these panels with little planks and it was a nice, neutral tone. The price was much higher than I had anticipated, as my last quote was from Lowes. The cork itself didn't come for about a month, which was a long time of anticipation. The installers came about an hour late, but it was a team of two, who did a nice, thorough job in half a day, including the baseboards! Fred came by to see how it was coming along, which I thought was considerate. We both thought it was looking very nice. Overall, I am happy with how responsive and easy to work with Interiors and Textiles is. Their selection is great, and they are just the right amount of the down-to-earth sales quality I like in a place.

My interior designer sent me here for my most recent project. It is my newest "best-find, resource" for a great selection of designer products and services. My creative juices began to flow when I realized I could find so many high quality products in this one center, from flooring to window coverings. If you can't find it, designers are knowledgeable, resourceful, professional, and friendly. I could find what I needed to fit my budget and could discuss pricing openly without pressure to buy up. This is not one of those high pressure intimidating design centers. Customer service and satisfaction are clearly a priority. Their product knowledge was more than helpful to make the right decisions. I have referred two other friends to them, who also walked away very happy with their experience. My most recent purchase was Hunter Douglas window coverings, and shutters. Fred Wee was very knowledgeable about all their brands, the trade-offs, and durability, and the pluses and minuses of their practical applications. They have gone out of their way to help us with a custom shutter for our sliding glass door, which had been a problem. I am also very impressed with the two installers that worked with us. Even though they were busy, they got to us quickly, and in the time frame promised. We did not wait months for our products. Again, these installers were very knowledgeable and the work was flawless. Working with Interiors and Textiles has inspired me to take on a few additional projects just for fun!

We had a very nice experience at Interiors and Textiles. We were interested in carpeting and window treatments and they have a very nice selection. Pricing was also competitive. However, for my wife and me, the biggest asset was Shari Schoenecker. She is an Interior Designer on staff at Interior and Textiles. She was extremely helpful in guiding us to our final decisions. While tactical and respectful of our tastes, she was open and honest in her opinions. She came to the house several times and followed up to make sure that the installations were properly completed. We would use them again.

Interiors & Textiles Corp. came to our rescue when no one else would take on the job of re-installing our new Hunter Douglas shades following a HAZMAT cleanup in our sun room. Their installer did a terrific job putting the window coverings together and getting them in the correct windows, even seven electric skylight shades. This job had turned into a nine-month nightmare due to shoddy work of a competitor before Interiors & Textiles Corp. made it possible to use our sun room again. We have returned to Interiors & Textiles with an additional job to upgrade the floors in our house and know a professional job will be accomplished. Their ethics and professionalism are unrivaled in the industry today. We wish our house were bigger to allow us to use them again and again! Great work and wonderful products. I am an assistant for a wonderful family who live in the SF Bay Area, who also happen to have the worst luck. They experienced water damage to their basement 18 months after finishing a remodel of the same space for a similar issue. Luckily I had heard of Interiors & Textiles when the owner, Fred Wee, visited my design school as a guest speaker. I was struck by his vast knowledge of flooring, so when it came time to replace the damaged flooring at my work, I knew just who to call. Fred was soo helpful yet again with his knowledge and his beautiful showroom had a great selection for me to pick from. He was easy to get in touch with via phone, email, and text. He also was able to easily schedule our carpeting to be installed the day after it had arrived. The installer was very respectful, quiet, and did installed the carpet better than the previous installation. My bosses and I couldn't be happier with the work from Interiors & Textiles and we look forward to working with them again on future designs.

Fred was ready when I showed up after calling in for help. With five minutes notice he solved my hardwood challenge within the hour! Product was delivered in 48 hours and my job was done on time with exactly what I wanted. All good. Going back for window coverings next.

I've utilized Interior Textiles before. This time, as before, they were prompt, professional and went out of their way to find window covering that matched what I had on another set of windows. In my case, Interior Textiles had to research their provider to find out if what I had and wanted was still in stock. Their price was fair especially given the service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our new place in Palo Alto needed blinds on two sets of doors and a large window. We wanted something to provide privacy and look modern and elegant. After stopping in at the showroom in Mountain View we decided on an idea. Fred came by within a few days with samples and gave us good advice on the right material for us. He did all of the measurements and sent us a quote within a day. The blinds arrived when he said they would and although it was his busy time of year, he had the installers here and the work completed long before the holiday. Bill and Moses did a great job on the install, which included removing our existing curtains and hardware and patching up the holes from them. Fred came by after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied. The blinds are just what we wanted and look great. Thank you all for a great experience and your professionalism.

Interiors & Textiles did a huge custom carpet in our family and we could not be happier. Everyone raves about it and it has held up amazing for such a high traffic area. Fred also did two long runners for each of our hallways and again his material is great- doesn't show traffic patterns and cleans up with this product that he gave us to try after installing the rug. His team is delightful to work with as well- I had them in the house several times to measure, install etc and they were wonderful every time. I would give Fred 6 stars if Houzz let me!

We purchased a house a year ago and have been doing extensive renovations to it. Fred Wee came highly recommended to us, and we have been working with him ever since -- on all our window coverings and our floor coverings. We are thrilled with the quality of his work, the fairness of his prices, and most of all, Fred's encyclopaedic knowledge of his craft and the lengths to which he will bend over backwards to service his work, well after the period of installation. Fred builds long-term trusted relationships over time -- he will not try to up-sell you, but will listen to your needs and match them to the right product. We have come to trust him and have him serve as our first call any time we are looking to do work.

I have been very impressed with Fred Yee's professionalism, showroom, and high standards of service, through three interactions with him connecting with the interior design community. Through his work with the International Design Guild, I just attended an industry event discussing kitchen&bath trends, and was very impressed with the speaker, Jennifer Bertrand, and the high quality vendors that I was able to connect with after, and learn more about their products. I think his company is an excellent filter through the noise of the flooring/textile industry, to identify high end products of solid quality and service.

We had them install linoleum floors. They were fast, communicative and did a great job. It was easiest part of our remodel so far.

I had a great experience with Interiors and Textiles. The person I worked with, Shari, was professional, detail-oriented, and had exquisite taste. She worked tirelessly with my husband and me during the vicissitudes of our kitchen/family room remodel, and oversaw the entire process from selection (we decided on a combination of Luminette Privacy Sheers for our new French doors and side vents; and gorgeous woven Roman shades for the rest of the windows) through installation, which went perfectly. The final product is just as beautiful as I imagined… and I have very high expectations!

This was my first time ever buying any kind of window coverings a few months ago. Shari was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in helping me select the appropriate shades. What helped put the 5th star on this review was that she made a special trip on Sunday to measure my windows since my weekday schedule was not available, even though they are nominally closed for business on Sundays! Mark the installer arrived on time as scheduled and did an excellent job installing all the shades (which fit nicely). He was also very patient and courteous - contributing to the 5th star. The window shades look great - I am very happy with them. Because of this positive experience, I contacted Shari again recently, this time for curtain rod installation. She picked out a very nice set for me. I didn't see them in person because of schedule constraints - I saw only photos she forwarded in the email, and her selection was spot-on. Our extensive discussions on the shades and design in general had provided her sufficient insight into my tastes so that she knew what would be appeal to me within a reasonable price range. Mark came to install the rods, and again a fine job. A very polished and professional business - I plan to contact them in the future for any other interior design needs and refer friends.

Before moving into our new home, we wanted to replace the flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen, changing the style from a rustic, country look to a clean, modern design. We were also on a tight timeline, because we had already scheduled the movers. And we are picky about design, so it was not an easy task we set for ourselves. We found Interiors and Textiles by searching online for anywhere local that carried a certain brand of flooring. Then we stopped by for a look at all types of flooring -- carpet, vinyl, wood -- wanting something with a designer look. We found the sales team to be very helpful, not at all pushy, and sympathetic to our tastes and time constraints. And we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of wood flooring, and changed our design plan as a result. Interiors and Textiles was able to install the flooring within our timeline. They started just a few days after our purchase, by removing the old imported Italian tile flooring. Then by our move-in date, they had the new floor ready for us to move in, and stopped back a few days later to make sure we were happy and to add the final finishing touches, like the trim. Overall, we were very happy with the product selection, the sales team, the service, the installers and the results. We were able to get flooring that you couldn't find at a big box store or a discount warehouse, and to get it installed quickly. We will stop by again for our next remodeling project.
