Platinum Poolcare has raised the standards of excellence in residential and commercial pools, spa and waterscape design and construction. We have a half-century of experience in building, servicing, maintaining, and renovating award-winning and nationally-recognized gunite pools throughout the greater Chicago area and other Midwest states. Platinum Poolcare Aquatech, Ltd., founded in 2007, and resulting from a merger of Platinum Aquatech, Ltd. (luxury swimming pool construction) and Poolcare Aquatech, Ltd.(service, repairs, renovations of swimming pools and spas), specializes in all aspects of pool design, construction and renovation with added focus on specialty aquatic features such as waterfalls, lazy rivers, rock water applications, statuary and other luxury waterscape amenities. The company also provides installation and maintenance services for its customers. Based in Wheeling, Ill., the company’s headquarters spans 10,000 square-feet of warehouse and office space with 53 trucks, 100 employees during peak season, and one of the industry’s largest onsite replacement parts inventory for quick fixes. Platinum Poolcare has repeatedly graced the cover of various industry magazines, and has earned hundreds of awards for its designs. The company belongs to the prestigious, invitation-only Aquatech Society for professional pool builders.

We hired Platinum back in 2020. With the increased demand for pools we had to wait awhile to get started. They always answered our questions quickly and took time to explain everything to us. We have never owned a pool and so the interaction from our sales rep Mike along with the staff was tremendous. Once construction started they were there every day until the job was completed. We went with their recommendation of Moen landscaping to do our decking, outdoor kitchen and pergola. The Moen team worked extremely fast in lock step with Platinum to get our job done quickly. The workmanship from both organizations is exceptional and the customer service is top notch. They have had great patience in answering all our new pool owner questions. I highly recommend partnering with both of these companies for your pool/patio project. We can't wait to open the pool up in April. The Ranallo's

By far my favorite contractors to date. From start to finish they were on top of their trade and built a pool exactly how I imagined it. The design phase went through many changes and our designer Chris worked patiently with us until we had exactly what we wanted. Before construction began they had a pre-construction meeting where we dotted all i's and crossed all t's and we knew exactly what to expect (and even made some minor last minute changes). Their workers were kind, respectful, always on time and did a fantastic job. I love my custom plunge pool/spa!

We had used a different pool company for our overall maintenance since we built the pool and after a lot of frustration with them we decided to make a change and we have used Platinum for the 2021 season and wish we had made the change a long time ago as we are extremely pleased with their overall service in regards to the weekly pool maintenance and repairs !

We use Platinum Pool company for all our pool related services, recently one of which was installing a new Polaris booster pump. We are very satisfied with all the services that have been provided. The staff is very kind, professional and completes work in a timely manner. The company comes very highly recommended; we will continue to use their services in the future!

From concept to construction to closing up the pool as first-time pool owners, Platinum was exceptional every step of the way. As first-time pool owners we needed to rely on Platinum's experience and insight and they were transparent and delivered. Any time we had a question or concern Platinum responded in a timely manner and addressed our requests clearly and expeditiously. They are the best. On time! Owner was not happy with one spot in the pool and wanted to take care of it. We would of never noticed. Who does that!
