We have been honored with 26 awards from the Minneapolis and Summit County Parade of Homes and our standards of excellence have held firm for more than 35 years. The difference starts from the beginning when we send a project out for bids. Rather than taking a cost-plus approach to building, Fazendin Brothers uses a stipulated sum approach that requires a thorough examination of each cost associated with the construction – be it pre-engineering trusses or meticulously poring over take-offs on excavation, concrete, lumber and siding. Once the numbers are put into place in the contract, they do not change. That means there are no unexpected financial surprises along the way or at the end. We also recognize the importance of timeliness, honesty and communication, which is why we tend to form lifelong friendships with the people who start out as clients.
