We had our master bath floor and walk-in shower tiled. We also had the back splash in our kitchen tiled with a beautiful natural marble tile. We couldn't be happier with the results. Dominique was so helpful with the designs and came up with beautiful ideas we would have never thought of on our own. West Michigan Carpet & Floor had just the best customer service throughout the entire process. Thank you for everything.

I have used this business and their services numerous times and have never been disappointed. They completed all my carpeting, tile and counter top work when building my new house, then returned when it was time for updates. In addition I had an emergency situation arise where carpeting had to been removed due to water damage and they arrived quickly, removing the problem. They spend time with you in the showroom, no high pressure sales and I have found it to be a very honest business. My original interaction with them was in 2003 but they have been at my residence several times since then.

9475 tile shower, floor and backsplash in kitchen. Attention to detail is great. Worked with me to obtain what I wanted and had suggestions. Went out of way to look for materials if didn't have them at store. Done in timely manner. Certainly knows how to cut out tile to detail.

I first became a customer of West Mi Carpet 20 years ago when we built our house. In the last two years we hired them to install shower and tile floors in our two bathrooms. They approach each project with professionalism and I truly believe they have customers best interest at heart. Even though there are many choices available for tile and carpet we will continue buying local. With competitive pricing and the willingness to work with the customer I see no reason to look elsewhere. West Michigan Carpet will continue to get our business for future projects.

The West Michigan Carpet & Flooring team did a great job for us. We were renovating a condo and needed carpet, tile, counter tops, sinks and blinds. Dominic was our primary contact. He was extremely patient as we navigated the many choices. His experience and sense of style and color were invaluable. There was never a problem borrowing samples for comparison (we tried many different combinations of colors and materials). When the vertical blinds came in with a shorter than expected control mechanism (due to a higher than normal ceiling), they took immediate action to get it taken care of even though it required a great deal of extra installation labor to redo it when a longer mechanism was unavailable. We were very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, product quality and installation quality. We received very good value for our money. We were always encouraged to select what would work well for us rather than being pressured to move to more expensive options. We will certainly use them again, if we have another project.
