Established in 1947, Affordable Home Services specializes in commercial and residential exterior construction services for the NJ area. Affordable Home Services has completed thousands projects in that time and has been recognized by our customers as the good guys in the business. Affordable Home Services is a family-owned business and has dedicated employees and is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured contractor. Our mission is to determine and implement the right solution for each residential and commercial customer. We strive to provide fast and friendly construction services with the highest level of craftsmanship available, whether it is a simple repair or a complex re-roofing or siding operation. Our employees are skilled, hardworking, friendly professionals. They love what they do. And, they strive for ever-increasing customer satisfaction. Our onsite foremen are well experienced at dealing with multiple projects and people – to ensure the success of the job and the satisfaction of the customer. Jobs are monitored and visited by our owners and roofing and siding supervisors to ensure that quality work is performed and that proper safety precautions are taken. There is a separate service department staffed by skilled technicians for repairs and small jobs. Customers are given a week that their job will be completed within. Whether your job is large or small, Affordable Home Services will scale the crew to match your project and will complete all work in the agreed upon timeframe. Our onsite foremen are well experienced at dealing with multiple projects and people – to ensure the success of the job and the satisfaction of the customer. UPDATE: 2021-- We put a dent in our garage door frame. Within 2 days, AT NO CHARGE, Jim had his crew from Affordable Home Services here to replace the frame. I've said it before and I'll say it again... THE BEST COMPANY to deal with. Excellent communication, prompt and on-time work crew, beautiful work and pleasant staff!! ---- July 2019 - Jim and his staff were the absolute best to work with. From start to finish of the re-siding and gutter replacement on our home, it was a pleasure. Communication was excellent and workmanship was superb. We would highly recommend Affordable Home Services.

I was interested in having Vinyl siding on my house. I called Affordable Home Services and John came over and gave me an estimate. Jim called the following week to see what color I had chosen. They have many colors to choose from. I picked Tuscan Gray, with black shutters. The job took 3 days to complete. The installers, Ferndando and Alex did a GREAT JOB. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I forgot to ask Jim about one piece on my garage. Alex called Jim about the garage and he said yes, complete the piece. My neighbors have come over to say how nice my house looks. One neighbor is thinking about having her house done. I tell everyone how BEAUTIFUL my house looks, and how HAPPY I am. I see why their name is Affordable, because they are.

Beautiful work on our new kitchen. From demolition of the old to installation of the new it was on time and on budget. Floors, walls, ceiling, counters, cabinets, lighting, heating and plumbing are first class. Professional and courteous crew also. Tnanks to all.

I didn't think my kitchen would turn out to look as good as it does now since it's a small space, however the choice of colors and materials made a great change! My kitchen looks big and spacious, thanks Jim and John for the good work and attention to detail.

Affordable is truly extraordinary. They really, really want their customers to be pleased with their work, and they will go the extra mile to make sure that happens. They are willing to do what you ask, but also offer excellent suggestions to make the final result even better. They are quick to respond to calls/ texts/ emails (which you certainly can't say about all contractors!). We will definitely use them for future projects.

After getting multiple proposals from different contractors I decided to hire Affordable as they had the best value and I felt that they would see the project through from start to finisg. Jim and his team remodeled my shower and kitchen. I love love love how both projects turned out. They were very patient with me when I was picking out tile and countertops and gave suggestions along the way. Even the owner went to the granite yard with me to look at slabs. Everyone who comes to our house loves the kitchen and are impressed with the shower. We are in process of having our sidings done. This company can do everything!! Wouldn't go with anyone else.
