Stunning lighting accompanied by absolutely amazing customer service. We were unsure what we needed or how to fit it - we wanted a subtle backlighting effect for new kitchen cupboards and also wanted to highlight a stove in a new hearth. Jessica, Roxy and Alex have done a complete hand hold from start to finish; advising on the right products (LED Linear contour for the cupboards and Bronze Lucca uplights for the hearth). We had swift delivery and expert advice for our electrician. The products are high end and our electrician is old-school so we've had a few queries. These have been met with clear instructions and lots of patience. It really does feel like a bespoke service by people who genuinely care and are dedicated to getting it right for you. The end result is fantastic - the lighting quality is superb. I will definitely being using them again - the rest of the house looks very badly lit now! Thank you!

Its always a pleasure to work on a project when John Cullen are the lighting design consultants. Their experience and expertise are second to none and their lighting designs do so much to enhance a client's living space. We have an excellent working relationship and have loved the schemes that they have developed for the kitchens that we have installed for our mutual clients.

Worked with Sophie from John Cullen to add in some additional architectural lighting on a client project. The fittings that they have are of a fantastic quality and the effect they create really adds to our scheme. Sophie was very helpful in providing advice regarding the correct product for each area and the effect that we wanted to achieve. Now working on the next project with her!

The John Cullen lights we have installed in our kitchen are really beautiful - we have small star lights around a large window light which look really pretty and the downlighter spots in the rest of the kitchen give a wonderful light - especially the three over the white wall cabinets - they are a warm light and are a real feature. I was sceptical when our interior designer Catherine Wilman advised us to use John Cullen but there is a really noticeable difference between standard lights in a room we use all the time. So many people have commented and I would highly recommend the company. Even after two years the follow up service was incredibly efficient. Their engineer Chris Painter was very helpful and after discussing the fact that a new light bulb was a slightly different colour white to the old ones he came over to check himself and managed to source another one to completely match in. I feel that the after service is really good so it is worth spending that bit more to know you have a top company looking after you. Nicky Hoffman
