We are a design firm lead by two partners, Joseph Greif and Cynthia Nolting. We custom fit architectural designs to client life styles and budgets. Joseph Greif is a lovely human being and a wonderful architect. He took over my major remodel from an architect who cared only about squeezing the most money out of the project and asserting total control. Her boxy, ultra-modern design sensibility was too cold and angular for the house. Uninspired by the project, her plans for the house were boring and unimaginative. Joseph to the rescue! I wanted the house to have curves inside and out, with Art Deco elements. He delivered that and more. His design for the second story addition includes a custom radius corner window and a bay window. The stonework in the front has a subtle, Art Deco-inspired relief that is makes all the difference. People passing by the house tell me that I must have had a great architect. And Joseph is certainly that.
