We launched FINE DESIGN in October 2015 out of a passion for bringing attention to the use of "fine art" in rooms, homes or commercial environments. We accomplish this through the use of texture, dimension, lighting and design concepts combined with personal, family and business branding in order to evoke deep connections to the spaces where the important stories are allowed to surface and emotional attachments form out of a sense of comfort, openness and safety. We combine dramatic appeal with superior functionality as every house we stage to sell is set up to captivate curiosity, express warmth of family & friends coming together and provide confidence that the property has been properly maintained. For our residential and commercial redesign we bring in sustainable design, elements of nature and updated decorum in order to turn the former ordinary environments into extraordinary marketing spaces that feature gracious living and the most progressive work environments.

After I moved into a new home, my room was bare bones and I had no idea what to do with it without spending a million dollars. I enlisted Julie to help with simple basics like a couple of rough wood framed images, floor length curtains, a chair for my desk, and a few extras around the room. It looked great but I was more impressed with the way she used the space. I felt infinitely comfortable the entire time I spent in that room. Unfortunately I have since left the home so I don't have any pictures, but I'll definitely be using Julie again.

I interviewed Julie in August 2018 for specific projects in our home and hired her on the spot due to her personality. Over the months of the project she brought expert advise and made selections as to color, textiles, window coverings, style of furniture for our living room area, coordination of that furniture with an area rug, designed and managed the construction of a Murphy Wall Bed Unit in a guest room, a living room entertainment center with accompanying china cabinet, and a dry bar. Our home went from "empty" to "warm and inviting" and we love every piece, color, and scheme that is now completed.

In our area, unless its a very high end property staging is not normally employed. In the situation at hand, an extensive remodel was done on an older property (vintage 1947) and vacant. It was extremely hard for potential buyers to envision the floorplan working for them until the Seller used your services. Since then the comments have been very positive and interest and comments have been very positive
