Are you looking to dress a small development or individual property to a professional showhome standard? Renting the furniture and accessories is the ideal option if you need to minimise capital outlay or require financial flexibility. The rental cost is spread monthly (minimum 3 months contract) with a one-off payment for design, installation and removal. Do you have a larger property development, or a succession of projects planned? Purchasing the whole furniture package is more economic for longer term contracts. You also have the option to move the contents to another showhome or sell an 'instant home' to your buyer and therefore recoup the cost.
