Very professional from start to finish. I had a lot of indecision about my flooring selection and Kristen met with me over and over until I narrowed down to something I was happy with. Installation went well, even with some unanticipated issues that were identified. Katie and Kristen worked with me to identify the various solutions for addressing the issue and helped connect me with a plumber to assist in addressing the problem. Katie and Kristen saw the project through from start to finish including a final walkthrough to address some minor issues (e.g., edges of the quarter round trim that needed to be painted) including sending out a cleaning company to clean a spot that arose during installation. While price was on the expensive side (of course partly due to the materials I selected), it was well worth it for the convenience and responsiveness of the team and the quality of the work done.

Replaced carpet and installed engineered hardwood in family room and kitchen. Great service and advice. Timely installation. Great product.

This was yet another great job by Floor Coverings International! This one (hardwood floor installation) is the sixth they have done for us, and I have been completely satisfied with every one, even years later. The in-home consultation is so helpful (I need to see my options "in context"). The workers to a person have been efficient, professional, helpful, kind -- I have had no qualms at all about having them in my home. The owner of the company personally came to our home to take measurements and show us samples. The installers were friendly, on time and finished a day early. When the job was finished, the owner returned to our home to review the installers’ work. We love our new luxury vinyl floors!!!

We are extremely happy with our Oak engineered floor. My husband always finds fault with some part of a home improvement project, but not this time. Our salesperson Ally was very knowledgeable & brought samples to our house. Our installers were friendly, professional, and very hard working. Tile & carpet were removed in our dining room, living room, foyer, hallway, & closets. Heavy furniture had to be moved. We also were quoted a lower price than with another company.

Ally did a great job of walking us through the process and also providing recommendations as to how to better accent the dining room and complete the stairs. We couldn't have asked for a better installation crew than Steve. Every night the house was cleaned up before they left and he was constantly sending progress photos and suggesting modifications that ultimately made the finish product look outstanding. Fantastic job start to finish.

"Excellent (or, as she would say, "Awesome!") presentation of flooring options, with a whole van-full of samples brought to our house and lots of helpful suggestions from sales rep Ally G; polite and efficient communications with the company re scheduling, etc.; installers Doug and Scott were expert and diligent, and happy to explain the process, in the (very complex) project of laying down bathroom+shower stall tiles on an old and sloping basement concrete floor covered with caked mastic (glue) from old broken tiles that had been removed. They did a great job despite the difficulties inherent in the work, and I would certainly recommend Floor Coverings International Cincinnati East to anyone who wants the best quality work done on his or her project. Staff members were personable and knowledgeable in providing guidance and estimates. They were careful about the details and bent over backward to do a quality job. We are very satisfied with the results.

"After performing my due diligence and deciding to call at least 3 floor professionals. Only 2 responded?....so I called a few more and all told, only 2 (out of 5) ever got back with me!) I was pleasantly surprised when Katie responded almost immediately. She was most accommodating to my work schedule and took the time to make it 'easy' for me. Needless to say, we met soon after at my new home. She gave great advice, after asking me some key questions and evaluating the old floor and discussing my options. She gave me a digital overview on Floor Coverings International, which was short, but concise. We then looked at actual samples she had with her and I focused in on the Armstrong Alterna series. After taking precise measurements, she submitted a proposal. We discussed the details and after some minor negotiation, we shook on it. I might add, that this proposal was all inclusive. Prior to actual installation, Katie and Jim personally delivered the new tiles, grout and accessories to complete the install. They had to trudge through a muddy mess, as I was having my driveway redone as well. Tim did the actual install and I literally left him alone in my home, while i went to work. My initial contact with him was positive and I felt safe and trusted him. It actually took him 1-1/2 days, but the end result was WOW!!!!!!! He totally cleaned up after himself and the quality work showed that he took a lot of pride in his work. Then, if all of this wasn't enough, Ally and Katie came out to do a final inspection and ensure I was totally pleased with the work done. There was a slight grout spot that didn't look right to her, so she got down on her hands and knees and fixed it. I should tell you that I can be cynical at times and that I expect nothing but honesty, promptness and top quality. All in all, I would most heartily recommend Floor Coverings International. Katie, Jim, Tim and Ally were/are the utmost professionals and sincerely had and have, my best interest in mind at all times. I can assure you that you will be pleased with the process from the first phone call to the last visit. Thank goodness there are still artisans left, that you can count on. We are very pleased with our experience with Floor Coverings International! We received our consultation shortly after calling for an appointment. Katie came to our home and took measurements, showed us samples, answered all our questions and gave us an estimate. Our new floors were installed a couple of weeks later. We had hardwood laminate, laminate and carpeting installed. There were two separate work crews and both were friendly and professional. The work was finished in the time that was promised and the quality of the work is superb. We are very happy with our new floors and will definitely use this company again for any future flooring work!
