Kolbe Gallery Ontario

Spent a lot of time looking for terrace doors for my office. Kolbe was great - perfect on their product. There was some confusion due to the wrong doors being delivered & the door handles etc were then a dilemma BUT Kolbe stuck with it and fixed the issue. They were professional and ensured that all possible problems in the future install would be rectified before it happened. I truly appreciate the customer service that we received afterwards. The lock company just walked and was going to leave us with our home unsecure and Kolbe did not leave but figured out how to ensure that we had a safe home for the weekend. It was a tough project - terrace doors to be fitted outside over original 1926 terrace doors that had weathered and seen better days but were a beautiful architectural feature of the room! So they were saved, with the outdoor terrace doors seamlessly appearing as though they have always been here originally. I still have more work to do and would not hesitate to contact them for a quote for the next jobs. Great company - you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful product! When you walk in showroom, you feel that you have finally found what you have been looking for! So nice to have a modern product that is featured in magazines! Only place around that we could find black windows inside and out! Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Loved salesperson named "Will"
