We are recent customers at Kolo Collections, and are very satisfied with the store, the service, and the furniture we bought from them. The store on Howell Mill is very spacious, well lit, and inviting. Michelle went the extra mile to research our questions and provide solutions. She helped us pick out the style, color and fabric of the furniture that we now love. If it was not for her great help, we'd probably still be looking for furniture. When a custom ottoman did not match the order specifications, Michelle immediately took steps to get an ottoman that did match our order at no extra cost. Overall a very positive experience!
